I ordered Red mi Note 4 handset on pre-order and submitted the amount also to them on Friday. They asked me to collect the phone on Tuesday (3 days after). When I went to them on Tuesday, I found renovation going on.. I looked for their number .. but did not find any.. Somehow, from google I managed to find out their numbers, I called them but they are disconnecting it every time. Is this the customer satisfaction they are providing ? They neither informed me about my phone has come or not . Nor did they informed that the shop has been shifted or not ? Looks like I am being thugged and cheated by them Worst experience with them... will never refer them to anyone. Was this information helpful? | |||
