Sangeetha Mobiles — SMPL Cashback refund

I purchased a Samsung mobile from Sangeetha Mobiles store in Belagavi, on 15th may 2022. At the time of purchase the salesman insisted I buy the VAS insurance worth Rs.2542 for a year, with a promise that if the insurance is not claimed by the year, the whole amount will be credited back to me in SMPL Cash in the Sangeetha Mobiles app And then I will receive a cash refund of the same.
Now after a whole year when I visited the store, because of Sangeetha Mobiles app issues SMPL Cash was not visible and after continuously visiting the store and repeated emailing the SMPL Cash reflected in the app after visiting stores in Bangalore.
Now the store is refusing to give me a cash refund and forcing me to buy a mobile instead and they will give a discount of Rs.2542 on it else this cashback will be taken back by the app.
How is this fair. This whole situation has caused so much stress to me. As customer of such a big organisation I didn't realise i will go through so much just to get my own money back. I no more trust this organisation.

Kindly refund my Cash refund as soon as possible. I am dead tired doing this everyday.
