Sangeetha Mobiles — Very bad experience and un-trusty behaviour

Hi team, This is to bring into your notice that it is totally annoying and unbearable that your guys are behaving in such a worst manner. Below is the brief: My relative who came from kerala, had asked for suggestion to change his faulty screen of sony xperia z mobile. We just went to the market and enquired the price range which was from 3k to 7k (In sony service center) and finally came to sangeetha mobiles that too situated in one of the best malls of bangalore (Pheonix market city), who gave us a quote of 5k (Including the side beading and back panel). Thinking that sangeetha is highly reputed and also they promised to replace with original sony parts, we decided to give it there. They told to come back the next day evening by 4pm. Next day we went to the store after calling the guy who promised to deliver it in half an hour, but he came after 3 hours. We waited and waited and finally we got the serviced mobile around 8pm. The first glance of the display itself we got to know that we were cheated. He promised 8 months warranty for any fault, so we went telling we will check and come back. Once we analyzed the display, we came to know that it was of too low quality and pictures and video had no resolution close to sony. Next day we went to the store and showed them the faults, they were not agreeing and was keep on saying that it is original. We showed them by keeping a low end model of sony side by side and compared the display clarity. Again after arguing for almost 1 hour he agreed to keep the phone. I asked them to put original or return back our 5k. They told they will call me the next day. Finally not hearing back for 3 days, i called and enquired and came to know that they had replaced with my old display and ready for refund. I told i will be coming during weekend as i am busy on weekdays. Today when i visited the mall, the shop is closed for renovation and when called the person is not responding properly. I am ready to file a consumer complaint requesting a compensation of 50k for the time and effort (Mobile cost of 30k and service cost of 5k inclusive) that i have spent going in back of the service persons.
