Hello sir,

I brought new mobile today (24th june).
The model is vivo y71.
I could see the configuration on the box mentioned as 32gb rom.
And the sell guy also explained and shown on the box the same.
But i checked it now actually i got 16gb rom model.
How can i exchange the model?
I took it in kamakshipalya but i can't go to there till next week. Can you suggest me a place near to marathalli for exchange?

Hi I brought redmi 4 mobile on your store, warranty is there till October 2018 but your store says I don't repair. Battery is not working. Your phone is fall down its leads damage, nothing is scratch is there on mobile. Please provide suitable solutions above the complent. I hope u will repair
