I ordered my products on 29 Aug througg RBL reward point
Order id is RBLSH1278601

Still i didn't get my products.

Its now 2 months over
Noor khan is not a responsible girl.
Plz take care of your company on your own.

    Hi we went to your Brampton Canada location owner or manager basically told us to leave. I was with my family 4 kids reason he said cause he doesn't care about us but for ongoing customers this is wrong we go there for your name Sanjeev and for good food all of this restaurant staff refuse to give manager name even though himself I hope you will look into this I know you he doesn't care about my money because he had customers that's wrong even the dhabas in India doesn't do that they respect their customers hopefully you understand this I don't want anything from you guys I will never go back there because getting insulted front of kids and other people I just want to let you know if you taking any action you can email me at [protected]@hotmail.com

    Milk Pan not working

    The Milk Pan is not working as it is promised no whistle and bottom also got black. I m not satisfied at all and want the refund.

        Hello, I am writing this message after being frustrated by the response given by people working for sanjeevkapoor.com. My sister bought few products ( cook book & Wonderchef Diamond Coated Pans (Induction Base) ) from the website (www.sanjeevkappor.com) order no.[protected] on 2/04/2014 . The cookbook was received on time but pan didn't arrive. we waited for few weeks and made a call to the company ( just one no. available:[protected], we were told it will be dispatched soon, we again waited but pan did receive the pan . we had made at least 10 calls to the company and every time they say they will send it next day but they don't do that. Last conversation i had, was on 24th May and again i was told the PAN will arrive in a week, its been 12 days but it hasn't, i even asked the person on the phone that if the product is not available we are happy to get the money back but he insisted that the product is available and he will make sure it reaches within a week . I have been trying to contact via phone but no one is picking up the call and no one has replied to my mails. Its been a really frustrating shopping experience for us as a customer . I hope you can look into this and get this thing resolved . Regards, Siddharth

          On May 12, 2014, I had purchased from sanjeevkapoor.com online shop, one wonderchef bullet mixie. After non receipt for over a week I emailed their customer service and got no reply. I then telephoned them and was assured that the item will be shipped to me within the next few days. After two days I checked the status and the item was despatched via ref. no. D17661455 through DTDC Courier Service on 23 May, 2014. I checked with the courier service in Sharjah on 29th May and was told that the ref. no given was for shipment within India. I tracked the shipment online and was horrified to see that it showed it was delivered in Mumbai on 24th May at 1.35 pm. I have emailed sanjeev kapoor's customer service several times, but no reply. I have been trying to telephone them but no answer. I paid Rs. 5, 612/-. My credit card is already charged. Please help me sort this matter out. Thank you.

            I have purchased a misaki tea maker online from wonderchef and made online payment for same (Order no[protected] dated[protected]

            The item has not been shipped and on calling the numbers, the executives are not able to intimate the status of order or delivery schedule. Even emails writtent o them do not get any reply.

            Such service levels are not at all acceptable especially with name of sanjeev kapoor associated with the firm.

            Would appreciate any help by you in getting the delivery or refund of my amount asap

              This is to complain that the product "Diamond Coated Pan Set" that I (Shirdhar Ghosh, HSNO.- 119 BLOCK-09 NR AMBEDKAR COLLEGE, GEETA COLONY, EAST DELHI PIN- 110031 PH: [protected]) had purchased on 19/09/2012 order no.- [protected], but after using it for 4months it is seen that the diamond coating on the inner surface of the pan has become sticky and the coating is getting removed. It is no more usable. To register my complaint I had also ranged many times on the customer care no. i.e.,[protected],[protected]. But no one even took the pain to receive the call. So I want to request the respected authorities to undertake my complaint and replace my product as it is in warranty period. I want immediate action upon this. Either help us by providing the guaranteed and good quality pan or refund our money.
              If my complaint is not undertaken or in case no immediate action is taken upon my problem I'll be forced to file a case in consumer court.

                there are 2 no. of peper mill at price of 990.I gave that money to the person of courieer and receive the packet. But inside the packet there was only 1 peper mill.where is my 2nd one? I complain it through phone. Complain no. is 67417225.I want to know what happened to my complain?What is the progerss?
