Sankalp Computers & Systems Pvt. Ltd — 16127 chennai egmore to guruvayur exp

We are working people traveling from trivandrum to ernakulam guruvayoor by chennai egmore - guruvayoor express (16127). Last 2 week most of the days the train late for 3hr-4hrs delays without any natural causes. We don't understand why this train from egmore to nagercoil give low priority and halt in many station around 30 minutes, 20 min etc.. Why southern railways is giving low priority to guruvayoor express from egmore to guruvayoor. Especially make delay in trichy to nagercoil.
But when this same train from guruvayoor to egmore is in time.
Why southern railway avoiding and making delay to guruvayoor temple pilgrimage people and kerala people. Southern railway have no proper timing (Making delay) for trains from last 2 years. Why can't the top managment and staff have irresponsible and not taking any action or rectify issues regarding these trains.. We hope southern railway managment &staff not giving value for the time..
In speech all railways leaders and managment, irs officers, top mangement says.. They are perfect and give values to customer /clients /travellers.

We hope top people in southern railways take necessary action against the delay in guruvayoor express and other delay trains. As the same time make these train to make it in right time.
