The sample images of the table are incorrect and misleading and have lead to wrongful purchase. This coffee table does not match with the sample images given in the product listing page in the website. They even have put a disclaimer that the images are actualy images of the product and not computer generated. You can see how the table is very light in color (Attached images) and looks as if it does not have any polish on it. This is what i wanted and so i went ahead and bought it. I also confirmed with them before placing order that the product that will be delivered will look close to the one shown in the sample images. Now what i received is very different as it is very dark in color when compared to the sample images especially the legs are too dark. So i raised a complaint with their support team and sent them images of the product i received. Later they replied that the product is stone finish and there is no problem. So i wrote another reply and tried to explain them properly that the problem is not with the finish but the dark color of the table and that it is significantly different than the sample images. After that they have not provided any resolution. I never get a call from them and when i call they say i will get a call or email.in email they don't actually do anything but simply copy and paste the same reply again and again. They are ignoring my complaint by all means and not providing a resolution.in response i have asked them to eithe refund me the money or else give me a another item of my choice and i will pay the differential amount. Now i would simply like to go for a refund.

    I ordered a dining table with 2 benches from their MG Road store. I was SHOWN pictures of what the table looked like along with the colour I wanted to buy. I got the delivery and the table is some other colour entirely. In fact the table has 4 different colours! The wood on the bench is semi decayed and all legs of the table and benches are unstable and rock.

    The owner, Raghunandan, has a patent line of conversation. He says 'don't shout' even when you are talking politely, when he has no reply for your complaint. When my friend called him to ask why he blocked me he said 'DONT ASK PERSONAL QUESTIONS'. Clearly he is very well trained in dealing with people who are suffering from his fraud.

    I have constantly been complaining and after 4 months they finally agreed to exchange at least the decayed bench. I said send me the new one but they insisted I send my bench and will get the replacement in 7 days. Its been 14 days and the bench is MISSING. I asked for a picture AND GUESS WHAT THEY HAVE DONE. They have sawed off the decayed parts of the bench now now my old bench is shaped like a hourglass and not the rectangle that I paid for. Raghunandan has blocked me on whats app and call. 66 emails have been exchanged over the last 4 months but these people are just so well trained in stealing people's money, they make up any lies they can.

    My bench has still not reached me.

    I am taking legal action along with approaching the police and filing a case of fraud. I will be taking print outs of all complaints on this site along with me to prove what a fraudulent shop this is.

    Anyone interested in joining the complaint please reply on this and we can all collectively complain against this fraud shop and get it shut down.

      Hi,

      I brought a double bed through insaraf.com portal, after discussing with their executive on different terms and conditions like whole bed will be on pure sheesham wood except top and bottom side ply and then after this i made a online payment in full.

      Now they were not tracable and didn't deliver on their agreed timeline and also not found the product which was shown on their portal and was a poor quality in terms of like top and bottom ply was not available and mdf was given in lieu of that. And that too was so thin that no one can stand on it. So after so many discussions they replaced it with ply but again not up to the mark. But still ok.

      And also the bottom part of head board which was supposed to be a made from sheesham wood but again the same was given as very thin mdf as they want to save money out of it because that part is not visible from front.

      I am following up for more than 2.5 months, but still there is no resolution has been given from seller. I have got fed up with their way of cheating the customer. Their customer care is also not supportive and they dont have any power to provide any resolution. And the concerned person doesn't take the calls.

      I am frustrated with this way and want to have a resolution.

        I purchased a three-seater eva sofa from saraf furniture (Online, invoice no insf[protected] on 30 november 2019. The product that arrived did not match the online images and dimensions at all, and is clearly defective. After repeated calls and emails, they sent a carpenter to check the product: he too agreed that it was entirely defective.
        In accordance with saraf furniture's stated terms and conditions, i filed a complaint with photographs within 24 hours of receiving the product.in my initial email, and in every further conversation (Phone/email) with customer support, i asked for a refund, since i did not trust them to replace the product correctly. They refused a refund, and ultimately i settled for a replacement, which they assured me would be free from any defects. I have their emails containing this promise, dated dec 22 and dec 27, 2019.
        Today, on jan 23, 2019, i am yet to receive the replacement. I received no updates or notifications regarding the production of a new sofa either. I complained on the helpline on jan 21 and today, and all i got to hear was that the product is not yet ready. Each time i call, the representative on the helpline promises to 'send an update soon' but never does.
        I feel saraf furniture has essentially committed a fraud of rs 36, 398.00 by not delivering the product that i ordered and refusing me the refund i asked for. At this juncture, i still want a full refund of my money.

          My recommendation is never to buy from saraf furniture as neither their product nor their customer service is worth spending money.

          I bought one kuber king size bed in dec 2019 and delivered in complete damage condition.
          The first complaint was logged on 26th dec 2019 and after rigorous follow-up (Multiple times photos were shared from all possible angles) i was confirmed that they have send the repair kit and will organize the for carpenter visit and repair. I had to chase them for carpenter details and after strong push on mails no response till today. I have recorded all the conversation over mail and requested to look into the other problems as well but again as per their potential (To torture customers) they refused to replace the chair and to take provide any solution. I have been chasing them continuously and over 25 days have passed.
          The worst part of the experience is that whenever you call them they won’t let us speak to the supervisor, stating he is not in the office and we will arrange for the call (Which never happens)
          The mail trails are good enough proof of no clarity in their customer service process, intentional delays to let customer stop chasing them and harassment.
          Details of the order:
          Placed the order for solid wood kuber king bed thru order no. Order 1nsf[protected] on 16th dec 2019 with advance payment of rs.25649.05, got the delivery on 25th dec 2019 in damaged condition.
          I have paid rs.25, 649.05 for a damage solid wood kuber bed which is lying in bed room for almost 25days.
          Anybody wants more details can contact me on [protected] ready to share my story with photos...
          If you are planning to buy from saraf furniture think twice bz once your make 100% payment you are not assured on the quality of wood they supply and not assured the material supplied will be good condition, after sales, service will be thru e-mail only, no interaction with owner or the person who take the booking of the product.
          Once material is supplied no access to the owner or the manager who takes the order
          If the owner can see this feedback and calls me, i will keep you update …………….

          Kuber king size bed/cot received yesterday but in damage condition pics enclosed for your reference and immediate action. Found carton box damaged, same when unpacked found headrest side damaged same mentioned in the delivery slip.
          Immediate action for the replacement is highly appreciated!!!

            I purchased hydraulic storage bed and cabinet in Nov 2019. They took near a month's time to deliver and at the end they delivered defective products.

            Cabinet door does not close and hydraulic bed hinges does not even work. Bed does not close.

            Their customer service lie that they are sending carpenter to calm down the crying customer. Nobody ever turned up to repair the defective furniture. I don't recommend anyone to do shopping from this fraud company. I

              I have purchased a bed from them on oct 26th, 2019. Its more than a month now and there is no update about my order. The customer support tells me every week that it will be dispatched in 4-5 days. This has been happening since past 3 weeks now. They are not even cancelling my order. Nor any senior talks to us. The customer support is clueless. On mail they will reply a standard answer.

                I had ordered a Jaipur bed and bedside table on 27 Oct. i was promised it will be delivered in two weeks. however after repeated calls the insaraf staff kept on apoligising for delay and the order was delayed by 31 days. When u call up there order placing number these guys keep on changing within minutes and its just not possible to speak to same guy. They will make excuses that the guy u spoke earlier is busy. in addition they never let you speak to there incharges, HOD or senior staff it feels they are all hand in glove. Once they get payment they will talk softly but keep on fooling you. My delayed order finally arrived with all damages to footboard headboard and cracks in leg. They promise 100 % sheesham but they use mango wood plywood and do dark polish to hide wood itself very substandard bed and bedside tables were delivered. What they show and claim in images is different then actual . When within 2 hours i pointed out all the defects and send them mails with images . i requested for return and refund of items but they are hell bound not to process . They have send company so called senior technician who is actually hired from Easyfix Coy which is a third party. The carpenter what assesed at home looking at furniture is not what insaraf guys agree. They will quote some report which is sent by easyfix guys which is not allowed to be seen by us. which is again a violation of my rights. These guys will take all praises and feedback from customer when item is good but when we tell them its bad substandard and not as promised they will send there own guy to estimate.what is this logic.The company GM who claims so on google and in his facebook profile when communicated says i am responsible only for telangana. the company who claims all india presence with four showrooms General Manager cant even take responsibilty of furniture worth 35000. They all boast we provide LIFETIME WARRANTY for termite free .. in actuals when you read there terms and condition they are putting onus on the consumer to prove that too by paying money to some certifying agency on your own then they will decide on action. Friends they are just fooling and making money. I amsure out of 100 guys they wil dleiver 20% people with some genuiun stuff and rest as we indians are fools we 80% keep sufferring they grow bigger and bigger as a brand cos some media houses without taking actualfeedbacks promote them.Friends i feel totally cheated and mentally harrased by these guys. Infact at there hyderabad showroom when my relative and friends in uniform approached they have audacity to say we will see you in court. I feel all those who have been troubled and those whose issues they have not resolved fully should take up the matter to all consumer forums consumer courts and bring to notice of ministry. I know for we all common man its difficult but this is how these fraudsters are making merry on our hard earned money. I am surprised there so called enterprenur CEO of 2014which some news agency claimed is hiding and does not speak to anybody. Guys they are planning to open more stores across india too fool more like us. They need to mend there ways and it can only happen if we dont give up.

                  I purchased dining set and bed with trolley from insaraf.com on 23rd october, 2019.
                  Inspite of full payment they haven't yet delivered my purchased products. Customer care department is just useless, rude and they keep telling lies.

                  As you can see purchased these close to deepavali time, we tried calling their customer care department but none of them were available for complete week. Their complete department went for vacation. Can you imagine!
                  When they came back we told them about our alteration request; they told us to write an email of our requirement, which we did too. Everytime we called for follow up we were encountered with a different support person. It was a big pain and frustrating to explain same thing to all of them. At the end of the call they all used to ask us to write the same requirement again on the email.

                  One fine day they said they have already shipped the product and hence no alterations are possible!

                  God knows where they have shipped coz it's been more then a month and we haven't received our products.

                  We made consumer court complaints but they aren't getting sincere even after knowing it.

                  We are now going to register a fir against insaraf's owner raghuram.

                  Don't buy anything from them. They are cheaters.

                    I ordered a bed form their online store and i never got any calls or updates form them. I had to chase after 10 days and still their response was “we will try to send in next shipment” and also they aren’t clear when is the next shipment scheduled. Very poor customer support and still not clear when it will be delivered. Don’t even consider the option of sending emails as the customer support says. It’s a waste of our time

                      Dealing with a terrible experience with saraf furniture @www.insaraf.com ordered (Order no #insf[protected] a product on 24th october supposed to be delivered on 3rd nov. Until now the product is not dispatched. Everytime i call they say its getting dispatched in 3-4 days. Asked for a refund they are not refunding and always says we are sending soon. The customer care can't do anything says senior department will respond to email (There's no way to reach them) and they don't address the issue i. E. They have not refunded nor have they delivered the item

                        Had purchased new l shaped sofa for 28000/- few months back from this shop. Had given a guarantee of 10years. Within a month we noticed some insects falling out from sofa everyday. Soon we informed the shop owner to replace the sofa as there were many of those insects. He said he will inform hz vendor which he took almost a month and a half to come home. He took the sofa and returned after 2 weeks without repairing the wood which was damaged by the insects.                           I have not recieved my item yet and customer care service is pathetic. No one was bothered to call me and tell me about the delay after i tried calling them 20 times i recieved a cold response... Ther are not giving me any seniors number. I have written so many emails but nothing works with their unprofessional and pathetic behavior... I am following up from last so many days... Chats phone calls emails nothing works here.... Order getting delayed is no big deal but they would have atleast informed on time...

                            Wall mounted charlie solid wood dressing table with glass item was procured in the month of september. It took weeks of time to deliver the product in damaged condition. The glass was not protected and it was broken in transport. Upon request for replacing the same i was advised to get it done with the carpenter at my own cost. The glass is required to protect with thermocoal of sufficient quantity or sale deed should be happened without glass.

                              Current status: yet to recieve

                              Have made several calls and emailed umpteenth time. They keep revising the date on some pretext or other. No response to the email. They are sitting tight on the emails plus i can no more see my order status!

                              They are a fraud online company.

                              I am not sure what recourse i have. Please help guide.

                                I am just sharing my experience which is so traumatizing and unpleasant just because o[censored]nprofessional behaviour of Saraf furniture. Their contact details are as follows https://www.facebook.com/furniture.saraf, Contact No.+[protected] .Their website states that solid wood over the period of time develop minor cracks but the cracks in the images are not minor it means the carpenter has chosen bad quality and unseasoned wood. They are giving 12 months warranty against manufacturing defect in material. All images shows the wood was actually in bad condition and carpenter even failed to hide the cracks in polishing stage. Their claim of post manufacturing quality checking at multiple stages is completely false as I believe that this bed has been deliberately sent to us or maybe this is rejected piece which they dump on my head. Most of the areas of bed has cracks. I fear if they fix it then also how long it will remain strong. Before paying online we provided instructions about our requirement but they overlooked .I have received damaged product and now struggling to get refund...Finishing is very poor and all their website claims about quality and service are fake. Customer care is giving same reply for all emails and their senior team is not doing anythimg.I have paid Rs.35000/-.Stay away from insaraf furniture.

                                Saraf Furniture has lifted damaged bed from my home and it has been reached to their Rajasthan Factory on 9-6-2019.I got email from them that they are going to refund my money and asked my bank details.I have given them my bank details as well as told them to return money in the same account through they have received it.But now they are giving me reasons that my Bank account is not from India.I have paid Rs.37598 through IDBI Bank, Boisar Branch, Maharashtra State, India.As they asked me alternet bank details.I gave them AXIS Bank, Boisar Branch, Maharashtra State, INDIA.but till today I have not received Refund of Rs.57598.I have complete history of email communication with me.This company is great Fraud.They sell Furniture saying that it is Exclusively Made of Sheesham Wood whereas they are using, MDF Board, Plywood too.Finishing is very bad and trasnportation too.actual usage of Sheesham Wood is around 50 to 60 %, Rest everything is engineered wood.They put honey finish polish so that in the first sight engineered wood is not visible but if scan properly you will finf it also they cover cracks in the wood by filling but it is also coming out.so all together this company is a mental torture.

                                Yes I got email from Insaraf Furniture.

                                They are ready to replace the product and was asking my confirmation.

                                Insaraf Furniture website claims furniture made of exclusively in Sheesham Wood.

                                But in reality they are using Plywood and MDF Board too in their supplied furniture.
                                Plywood or MDF board is not a solid wood so their claim that they are supplying bed made exclusively in Sheesham Wood is a trick to make online customers lure for their furniture.

                                I had placed an order for Kuber Bed with Top Open hydraulic System, in which they have used Plywood and MDF Board for storage support. Top and Bottom of Storage support area is more than 35 % of the Bed. Making Support for mattress and for storage is possible by wooden planks but to save their money Insaraf guys are using Plywood and MDF Board. This is cheating.

                                I have paid money for their claim of Exclusive Sheesham wood bed and not for mixed material like partly in Sheesham Wood and rest in Plywood or MDF Board.
                                I told them that if they are able to keep their word then they can send me Kuber Bed made of pure Sheesham wood, Top Open with hydraulic system, honey finish and Use sheesham wood planks to make support for Mattress and storage.
                                And to make sure that Insaraf quality department seriously check the quality of joints and polishing before dispatch. Choose reliable transporter who will transport the Bed without damage.

                                As yet I have not received any reply from Insaraf Team for my above query.
                                I am Waiting, I lost my peace with this guys.

                                  Double Bed got broken within half an hour o[censored]se implying poor quality of wood as the part (smaller beam), which is supposed to be of strongest part, got broken.

                                  2. Anyway lodged complaint immediately and they responded by offering that the broken part will be replaced apart from their carpenter visit for the other issues (trolley, some damage to Almirah) without giving any explanation of poor quality.

                                  3. Though promised, no action was taken and there was certainly no understanding of the urgency reflected in any of the communication with the company. Finally, I started almost daily follow up and after almost one month, I received the courier of damaged part.

                                  4. To my surprise, the item supplied was of very smaller size, implying the issue has been handled in a very casual way. I firmly believe, either they don't read the contents of the email or are aware that they use substandard quality.

                                  5. Though lodged the complaint again, not sure about the resolution . I should have read the reviews of others earlier. How such company survives with such lackadaisical attitude.

                                  6.Hoping, the faulty product is taken back and amount refunded. Also worried about the other two products/issues as no one visited despite promises.

                                    PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE
                                    The people manning the customer care department of this firm are impolite, arrogant and totally in-cordial who do not know how to talk to customers. This person whom i spoke to regarding the problems faced by me with their furniture, was shouting at me for not being able to provide him with order number. Moreover, he had the audacity to disconnect my phone!!!
                                    I had bought furniture from them two years back which included a bed. two side tables, a drawer cabinet and a dining table set. After a year and half, I am unable to open most of the drawers. This means the quality of their furniture is also compromised. Please do not purchase furniture from them any more...An advise.

                                      Insaraf is denying to do the assembling of bed which they delivered. They are saying that they don't have services in that area where they themselves delivered the product. It was never conveyed during order phase or during the delivery period (Which itself happened after lots of followups). Now when i called them for assembling the bed, the told me that i need to get the assembling done from any other carpenter. Upon asking that will they cover the cost and damages, if it happens by external carpenter, insaraf is saying that they will not be liable for it. It's a sheer cheating. I don't know as how they will fulfill the terms of warranty if they cannot facilitate even assembling. They are not responding properly on calls and on emails. They are frauds.

                                        Very poor quality products and customer service. This is a fraudulent company, they deliver very poor quality product and do not service in spite of follow ups.

                                        My dining set broke and came apart in just 3 months. Spending so much money is not worth.

                                        I am planning to approach customer consumer court as after multiple follow-ups also they are not resolving my issues.

                                        Never shop from them. Else get ready to lose your money
