I had purchased a Poster bed from Saraf, It was received in Oct-2016 with some defects. They have sent supports of bed plank to Queen bed instead of King Size bed I purchased.

I had lodged a complaint with No. 41329 immediately and sent them at least 30 reminders. No action has been taken and no reply from them. Had called them on their call center many times. Every time one new person answers and tells a new story. Now they stopped answering my calls too.

    Pathetic customer service. Poor quality of product as they deliver defective products and will never look back at you or pay attention to your pleas or suit. Worse experience. Never ever buy products from these people. Beware they are cheapsters and big time frauds. Do not deliver quality products at all. I would give a minus 5 rating unfortunately that's not the option.

      3months back i ordered kuber bed. which is was my biggest mistake.bed statred making noise after few days...and i have been following up on for the reapair since 2 months. now...

      The so-called customer care keeps no record of the conversation and I have been explaining this every day to them. Yet they only give assurances but nothing is done on ground.

      Strict action should be taken against these guys.They are doing online fraud..I want either this bed should be repaired or my money should be given back to me...

      No business sense, no business ethics, and no will for sustainability. Insaraf.com

        Dining set

        I ordered a Dining Set on 9th Jan 2017, the piece that arrived on 13 January 2017 was broken, when I refused to take it, It was suggested to keep it and the same will be replaced in 2-5 days.
        I have been following up on daily basis but every time some excuse or the other is given and they have not been following up on this.

        The so-called customer care keeps no record of the conversation and I have been explaining this...

        Hi Guys, I am not from any of the portals who are selling furniture online nor want to malign image of Saraf furniture, I am just sharing by experience which is so traumatizing and unpleasant just because o[censored]nprofessional behaviour of Saraf furniture.
        This has been started from 28 Aug 2016 when I have placed order for Solid Wood Jali Dining Set (Table + 4 Chairs) worth Rs. 21, 999, furniture was delivered to me on 8th Sep 2016, when I have checked the furniture one chair had twisted leg and screw sent with the dining table (for fixing legs with the top) were of 5 inches but actually required size was six.
        And as vigilant customer I have reported the same to Saraf Furniture[protected], for complain you need to select 3 from IVR options), was told to me that both of the things can be taken care of within a week.
        After a week when I haven’t heard anything from Saraf Furniture again I have called them again I got the standard reply that will be done within a week.
        Friends you all will be amazed that till date I both of the things were not resolved, and I am continuously following up with these guys (complain number is 39601) for refund and every time I got a standard reply that they will talk to their seniors and will get back. I want this furniture on occasion of Diwali and at last I have to order at some other portal.
        Friends, now I can understand why there is no COD (Cash on Delivery) on Saraf Furniture website, they are least bothered towards customer complains, even after purchasing the furniture from them you won’t get invoice copy. They always ask you to mail your concern but will never reply.
        Guy’s, now I have to move to consumer court to recover my money back, again I’ll say I am not witting this because of some abhorrence towards Saraf Furniture but people sitting at this organisation should be sensitize towards customer grievances and nobody can take customer for joyride in the name of ecommerce.
        Friends, will leave the decision to you whether to buy from Saraf Furniture or not but think it over seriously when all other players are offering COD why Saraf Furniture is not providing the same if their intentions are correct.

          I ordered for the dinning table set. The quality of furniture was alright but arrived with few cracks and missing bolts of the dinning table. It was reported with the photo to the customer support at once, they advised me that a specially designed kit will be sent and finally it arrived with out the bolts after 20 days. The next day the carpenter service guy called and says we they do not have any service at Visakhapatnam ( My home town ). I have been regularly call and emailing customer support guys but no response. It looks like they have completely ignored my case. I have the dinning table left in the room unfixed. Very disappointed with the service.

            कृपया मेरे ईमेल सन्देश 22 अक्टूबर 2016 का अवलोकन करें जिसमे आपकी फर्म से ऑनलाइन खरीदी dining set 6 seater ( sctr-103 ) on order no.#insf62472133 dated 12/9/2016 की एक कुर्सी की नीचे की टांग टूटने की शिकायत दर्ज कराकर दीपावली से पूर्व बदलने का अनुरोध किया गया था। आपके यहाँ से Deen.P ( insaraf.com ) द्वारा कुर्सी की टूटी टांग का चित्र भेजने का लिखागया था यह चित्र भी उसी दिन आपको भेज दिया गया था।
            मुझे अत्यंत खेद के साथ लिखना पड़ रहा है कि आपकी फर्म द्वारा आज दिनांक 12/11/2016 तक इस पर कोई कार्रवाही नहीं की गई, यहाँ तक की कोई जवाब देना भी आपने मुनासिब नहीं समझा।
            मेरे जैसे मीडिया से जुड़े एक वरिष्ठ पत्रकार के साथ ऐसा हो सकता है तो आम आदमी के साथ तो सहज ही अनुमान लगाया जा सकता है।

              I had ordered Kuber Bed with box on 16/8/2016.Within 2 months its bedhead wood got cracks on it.I Made complaint on 7th October 2016 as they said with photographs and all the information they required. My complaint no. is 40535. I have made almost 10-15 calls to them. Every time i have got only one thing and that is fake assurance. Strict action should be taken against these guys.They are doing online fraud..I want either this bed should be replaced or my money should be given back to me.

                Out of box product was unusable, one of the leg was very long so stool is of no use. Reported the support same day its been 2 months no response

                In the month of august they said will get it replaced / repaired after that no response
                We have called almost 50 times to insaraf customer care, they said will get it resolved every time we call them however they never came back to us

                  I have purchasec Solid Wood Kuber Bed - King ( 6ft Wide x 6.5 ft Long - Inner Size ) / Top & Side Opening Box Storage worth Rs. 29, 899.00 on 24 th December 2015.
                  I have received broken and defective bed from many places. From delivery date to today (16 th September 2016) no solution is provided to me.
                  I have already made more than 42 mail conversation. Lots of chats and call. but nothing works apart from fake assurance.
                  I have one question is it possible to file police complaint in such cases under forgery.

                  I bought Solid Wood Charlie Bed - King ( 6ft Wide x 6.5 ft Long - Inner Size ) / Stone against order 1NSF75842133. It was delivered with one broken leg. No action yet even after more that 15 calls and mails to support team. Their technician Nadeem said, It needs to be replaced. Today I have filed a case in National consumer affairs.

                    I made purchased Dining set on 15.08.2016 amounting to Rs.32000 and now I am repenting.
                    I received a consignment with a Broken Top.
                    One Chair with a Broken leg.
                    Two chairs with a crack.
                    One chair with mismatched design.
                    Woods are not real wood as guaranteed.
                    Entire expenditure on Dining set ended into a waste of money.
                    They committed assembly services in Pune, but, no service is provided.
                    No body picks the phone after payment is made.
                    Overall its one of the worst decision on my part for making a purchase from insaraf.com
                    I have not received any response from the company in spite of repeated requests and reminders

                      Saraf Furniture is a fraudster stay away from them, you will not get the product on time neither will you get any response. Your phone calls will not be attended, your mails will not be responded, no way you could contact them. This is run by unprofessional folks. I had the conversation with Raghunandan Saraf before placing the order he had assured me for delivery of the product and its been more then 3 months now and im yet to receive the product, AVOID BUYING FROM THESE FOLKS

                      I am also facing problem in bed i ordered from saraf furniture.
                      They deliver be broken bed.
                      From last 1.5 year i am chasing them but they are looking into this problem seriously.
                      calling to Customer care, raghunandan, mails to them nothing is helping.

                        Rceived my order wrongly delivered today, i have placed order for center table with walnut finish but have received honey finish and when i told delivery chaps to take it back they said they will replace it tomorrow. Please get it replaced. There was no response from customer care of insharaf through phone and through mail. Kindly help resolve. Thanks

                          We have ordered for furniture which included dining table set with centre table from insaraf.Com. The goods were delivered after a month & when the packages were open to our surprise the dining table was broken from edges, the siting bench was cracked from inside. By the looks of the table & chairs you can say the quality of wooden used is very poor & the finishing was pathetic. We immediately informed the banglore number[protected]but they have only 1 person to take all the orders & post that all the customer heat mr ravi.
                          As usual he asked for the pics which we sent on 15th july post that no reply came till 17th july agin we called & gave the details post that when no reply was given then we contacted the consumer court in indore & generated a official notice for saraf furniture. Post that we got a call from mr raghunandan who is so called head of insarf.Com, but he sounded as though he is doing a great favour by answering the call then he promised to solve our issue & get the goods changed which was as fake promise as the goods shown in the pictures of insaraf.Com
                          Do not fall prey to the goods of saraf furniture it may look cheap in cost but let me tell you it's quality is cheap as well. Please do not ever think of buying from them it is one of the most unprofessional company we've ever seen.
                          Although the complaints are sent to the cmo office commerce minister of rajathan & soon it'll be covered in media, because if we don't put a stop to such business groups they'll take advantage of large number theory where few people stand against such corrupt practices else they run the business with there cheap practices

                            We've ordered dining table & centre table from insaraf.com the products delivered were damaged and after complaining to the saraf office no one responded to change the products. We've filed a law suit in consumer court for there pathetic services & poor product quality
                            When contacted on there numbers of banglore, there representative mr ravi asked for resolution in 24 hours, now it's been 5 days there is no resolution.

                            You guys deliver me defective bed.

                              There is no res ponce for my order till now
                              Every day i call saraf help line they will tell morrow i will get the product
                              Is this a cheating? I spend 20, 000 for the product and got a confirmation we will get product on 21/07/2016 however there is no response now
                              There is no responce from the support team of saraf and they do not answer anything correctly
                              Very pathetic customer suppot

                                Current status: incomplete resolution, no commitment from saraf furniture.

                                I had ordered 1 dinning table set, 1 sideboard and 1 coffee table. Recieved material on 25th april, carpenter showed up on 26th. Found, 1 dinning chair completely broken, sideboard completely messed up, dinning table top scratched and many other small issues.

                                Sideboard was somehow repaired with lot more scratches.

                                For broken chair i have been getting response for last 3 weeks as, it will be dispatched in next 1-2 days. I have been told this at least 6-7 times in last 3 weeks. Even promised for an email about confirmation once dispatched. Same story everytime! No commitment, no response, no callbacks, no emails. And now the cusotmer care executives hang up on me.

                                  I have bought a 6 chair dining set, 2 beds, 4 side tables, 2 coffee tables and 1 tv unit. The payment was made in full before the delivery. Its been 22 days that my furniture is delivered but 1 coffee table is still pending. The furniture delivered is defective and i have writing them e-mails with pictures for the last 22 days but have not been responded to. I have paid for the coffee table and have not even rcd it...No answer at all!!!
                                  The owner of the company i.E raghunandan has blocked my no and he cannot be reached. The bangalore representative suresh who is the sales guy in their brigade road showroom does not pick up my calls. This is a day light robbery!! I would like to appeal to all you of you have had similar experiences to pls call me so that we can form a group and can take legal action against them. My no is [protected].

                                  Don't buy. I received broken furniture this month and they promised a replacement. I call and call...but they lie and lie. Don't buy from them.
                                  Please dont order any product from insaraf.com. I ordered a 4 seater dining table which came in a damaged condition - i had made payment while ordering. I have asked for a refund, and for the last 10 days, the customer service team has been redirecting me without giving a firm response. All i was told was ' We are waiting for senior team member to respond'.
                                  To be honest, all of them (including the owner) seem hand in glove and this is the worst online experience I have had. Best to avoid buying from insaraf. please write to me at kashish.sharma at gmail.com - I want to take this up with higher authorities

                                      I bought an a Solid Wood Bed from In Saraf Furniture in Feb 2016 for 23, 999/= .
                                      The bed received was defective, meaning the nuts & bolts did not match. The person who came to assemble came empty handed without any tools, but promised to take action soon.
                                      Later I informed them via email several times, but there was no response. There is a call center number which no one picks up. Luckily once in several tries, someone did pick up the phone, It seemed he was in the midst of traffic.
                                      Any way he was least interested to listen to my complaint & said someone will call back, he said they do not have a system of giving a complaint number for the calls.
                                      Needless to ad that call back has not happened in two weeks.
                                      It is a company engaged in cheating with no regards to customer
