Address: Saral Diagnostics Pitampura Delhi

When I booked my appointment for USG I was told that I may have to wait for an hour. I asked them why do I have to wait as I booked for breast USG. I was told that’s how the system works. When I checked and said that what’s the point of giving appointments then the staff didn’t have any answer. I reached at 9:30 a.m and it’s 11:30 a.m as I am writing this still waiting for me to be called for USG. Who has that kind of time to waste just for a test?? If the doctor writes 5-6 tests to get done at Saral Pitampura Centre then the patients will have to spare entire week just for the tests. It is unnecessarily draining and very inefficient. Please respect patient’s time, they are already frustrated with whatever they are going through with their medical problem. Hoping to hear back from you. We are extremely sorry for the not so pleasant experience at ultrasound department of saral.
We apologize sincerely .
Imaging investigations do not follow law of averages, can throw up surprises which can be time consuming to investigate, depend on multiple factors which are not in our control. Hence patients are advised to come with time in hand.
Once a patient is taken up, we have to do justice to patient irrespective of waiting patients / appointments.
However, we are retraining staff on patient sensitivity .

    Complaining about - Sheetal dogre - technician works at saral diagnostics pitam pura (DELHI)
    She mishandled the critical patient of liver with her rude behaviour. My mother who is advised a chance of liver transplant by dr tarun kumar from rajiv gandhi cancer institute (Delhi)

    Its her duty to treat the patient nicely and smoothly but she treated a critical patient very roughly, patient was crying whole the time but that empolyee sheetal dogre shouted on her.
    This is not a way to treat a patient.

    Please take a strict action against her.

    It is Sheetal Dogra who should lodging the complaint against the son and daughter of the patient.
    not only were they extremely rude but they threatened physically violence and physical men handling against young 25 yrs old female. There wordings for " bhar nikal dekh hum tera kya haal karte hain (son of the patient), tu janti nhi hain tune kisse panga liya hai (daughter of the patient).
    let anybody decide who is at fault.

    Date- 12/02/2023

    My mother -( Sarika Arora) was om saral diagnostic Pitampura today at 10:15 am for CT Scan . She was allotted a time of 10:30 am for the test. Patient is already admitted in the hospital under gastroenterologist Dr Tarun kumar and has serious damage liver disease. Her reports are way too bad and is also a joint pain patient.
    technician Sheetal Dogre behaved very rudely and very unprofessionally woth my mother. At the time of scanning my mother started crying because my mother was not able to straighten her hands because of joint pains, she told sheetal dogre to please help her slowly and ask her to give her a support but what she did was she im-professionally treated her regardless of the pain as she was in a hurry . My mother started crying and beg her to please to do it slowly but she was not listening to her at all and she behaved very rudely and roughly regardless of the pain that patient has to suffer.

      Respected sir/ mam
      I visited our diagnostic center pitam pura on 27/01/2023 for USG Whole Abdomen with doctor prescription . I made payment online and appointment to visit on 29/01/2023, payment reciept no 22-23/00094033. On the assigned day when i reached at center.. they deny for USG . Please help me out regarding this .

      Dear sir,
      Please refer to this complaint recd by u about our center.
      There are gaps which obviously complainant has not filled in.
      Patient has come to us - reference is from Max H .
      Patient has pregnancy & prescription is full of details of pregnancy with primary complaint of pain abdomen.
      Prescription says Ultrasound whole abdomen + blood samples which are pregnancy related. Since patient is pregnant, we have to include details of pregnancy also as any good center would do (unlike the USG done elsewhere where only 3 words written about pregnancy (uterus is gravid - no details given). For details of pregnancy we have to have proper prescription as per PNDT law. Patient was explained & requested for same which they refused. How will we explain to PNDT law officers (CMO, DM etc) that we have not seen details of pregnancy & circumvented the law ? Pain abdomen - primary complaint of patient may be due to multiple reasons including complications in pregnancy (USG report done elsewhere is reported normal - So can pain be due to pregnancy related issued - this has not been resolved). Had we included pregnancy study also, report would be comprehensive. All this was explained to patient.

        I have ECHS panel and visited Saral diagonastics for my tests. I saw Panel patients were treated like BPL.Patient. The have outsourced staff for their tests in other building and asking them to go to that building for pathology tests. where staff is unprofessional and charging even for one Xerox. Such partiality is done for Govt Panel. It seems some other lab is hired for these panel patients. Such type of lab should be blacklisted for Govt. Panel.

            Address: Saral dignostic centre Pitam pura

            I came to saral dignostic pitampura today at 11 am for my mother’s mri. I observed a very weird behaviour of the staff on the second floor. F”

            1. Staff is very rude.
            2. No proper social distancing followed in the centre. Floor was crowded with less seating space.
            3. I as an atendent was made to enter the zone 3 or 4 of the mri room, along with the patient. I was not properly briefed that what to exactly expect and all the staff members left without notifying.
            While the mri was going on i felt clostrphobic and pukish. I knocked the door and requested that i want to come out of that room. They asked me to wait and later on i was called outside. I requested their staff to go inside with the patient, they denied bluntly saying no body goes to that room.

            Also that lady asked me to empty the locker immediately even when rest of the 3 lockers were vacant.
            Since it was crowded and i was not comfortable sitting on the couch with no proper distancing i pulled a chair kept near to the changing room and sat.

            Again that lady came to me to vacate that chair also and asked me to sit in the crowde lounge area, when i said i am not comfortable i was asked to go downstairs and leave the patient.

            This kind of behaviour is not acceptable when i am paying even more that the other dignostic price.

              Today when i called saral diagnostic pitampura delhi office for my 12/9/2018 report than staff says our server doesn't have capacity to have report after some time and we destroyed hard copy of report after some time. Even after getting correct date of test, they says we will try and in a week so you may get the report.
              2500/- for basic kft, lft, l. Profile. Highest rate in north delhi. I have paid but this shameless response i got.

              Today, in this connected world it has become so easy to abuse anybody rightly or wrongly because of anonymity .
              Most people love to abuse other for their own shortcomings. Mr Jain you have absolutely no right to use abusive language against others like
              "Shameless" to hide your own shortcomings.
              1. we have very clearly intimated to you in writing on registration slip that physical copies will be stored with us for 15 days only as it is not possible for us to store physical copies beyond this period.
              2. Reports are uploaded on internet which most smart people like you download, print and keep with themselves and don't have to visit the center to collect physical copies, hence we end up with huge file o[censored]ncollected report which we cannot possibly store forever User Name & Password are given to you at the time of registration.
              3. We are a diagnostics center and not a 1000 bedded hospital with massive servers.
              4. Let me ask you- Your test was done in Sept-2018 and now in April-2019, gap of 7 months, you have suddenly woken up to this test done. you did not have time, inclination or need to collect the report.
              5. You are clearly lying when you say that you have been charged 2500 Rs for LFT, KFT & Lipid Profile but how will you sensationalize your comment without exaggeration.Just to let you know that the Lab rates at saral have not been revised for last 7 Years.
              6. For sake of privacy of patients if you are able to present registration slip or any other proof that test was done on you, we will provide you duplicate reports. Please meet Neetu/ Seema for this at Lab - Reception. We will try and do our best.
              7. When reports were not needed by you for seven months and Saral is requesting for few days time to give you duplicate reports, what is wrong and what is your urgency? if these reports were urgent, 7 Month is a long period to collect the reports.

                Unprofessional Behaviour

                I visited Saral to get a KUB ultrasound done. I was told to wait for 1 hour and drink lots of water after 30 mins. I did so and went to reception to enquire. They told me to wait another 30 mins. After waiting for 1.5 hours I again went to them and told themt hat pressure is becoming unbearable.. I was told to pass urine and drink water again as it will take another 30 mins. After total of two hours, nn when I went them to again I was told...
