Leaving a patient without proper treatment!!!

Let me explain my first and last experience with sunrise. I am a mother of 2 year old kid. My spouse got affected with high fever with body pain and we approached sunrise for medication.firstly, thats a hospital with lots of irresponsible staffs. Medical negligence

Very bad experience. To meet a gynecologist there, you have to first explain the reason to the op receptionist, infront of the crowd. They then discuss it openly without any sensitivity.

Dr. Hafeez Rahman was very rude, so much that it made me refrain from even asking basic questions and he made hurtful remarks. Lacked basic empathy in conversation. And they looted our money, in return for substandard service.

Dr Anthony - Mistreatment and Misbehavior

My wife is 8.5 months pregnant and had severe tooth ache. We tried dolo 650 at home but no relief.

We went to emergency department in Sunrise Hospital in Kochi on 18th Dec'21 at 1 am in night. Unfortunately, absolutely pathetic and stupid Dr. Anthony attended her.

Complaint:
1) He gave here same dolo 650 injection again and prescribed same medicine which we had already tried. She got no pain relief and...

One billing staff lady was not wearing her mask even after she was told to wear her mask. This was at the Vaccine billing counter. Also a patient and her husband were holding their masks in hand. It the job for staff to educate them.

    Hello,
    I vaccinated on 10th August from sunrise kochi. I need bill of the same for reimbursement purpose. I contacted your PR desk through phone after 3 days of vaccination.They said concerned department will contact me. I waited for one week and no calls received. I approached hospital vaccination desk for the same. They said to contact PR desk. I am getting in loop. I am feeling neglected and I am not happy with the service.Is there an option to get my vaccination bill?

      My son Anthony Valentino Tarin is being transported to another hospital tomorrow we'll today it's June 22….… After your hospital didn't do a god job at keeping him safe the domestic extreme terrorist group that has my family targeted they convinced you your staff that they were immediate family after so many calls and complaints and emails I sent I was even treated bad I'm his natural mother and his natural grandparents we all couldn't get any information weren't transfered to him his surgery was suspiciously late and very much delayed I expect the vest care caution on his way to new 2 week of antibiotic treatment is the plan and there even better give the proper care as we are being protected by Homeland security CIA due to this attack on Americans for black market organ harvesting by china and SSI fraud on elderly and citizenship identity theirs for illegals to use Americans names .. in the babe if Jesus you will be exposed I expect the best care and best service ride there as feds and more are watching every move red flag hospital staff for ne that is reported

        On 7th jan I (Gajanan Katrale-[protected]) admitted to Sunrise for Stomuch pain, shifted to ICU, shifted to hospital room next day, asked to ready for Kidney laser stone operation, twice MRI, once, Xray, 8.00 mm stone found as per their report. Asked for money to deposit for operation.Ready for operation after 3 days, we paid advance through my credit card as cashless facility has been removed by united India.Everything is ready from our side.Half an hour before surgery I have been told that surgery doctor which was suppose to come rom another hospital on charge basis is not suppose to come now. And next they discharged me as it is.See the way of working.Sunrise don't have their own doctor for surgery then why they are taking money in advance? They should inform to go another hospital earlier

        On 8th jan I (Gajanan Katrale [protected]) when I have been admitted for laser kidney operation one tooth cap has been found in hospital canteen food when lunch was served in my room where I was admitted. It was in vegetable served by their canteen.I[censored] will see all cameras cctv u will find that it was brought to notice to everyone.

            I am Gajanan Katrale phone no. [protected] admitted on 7th early morning by 1.00 am due to pain in my stomach. I have been shifted from causality to ICU due to an issue of wrong Injection given to me, it reacted me. Yesterday afternoon they shifted me in their hospital room. Yesterday afternoon they did ultrasound. Today they did CT Scan and as per their statement they are saying thee is 0.8 mm stone and has to operate but their is no eurologist.
            As I get annoyed on all these things and now my case is transfered to Dr. Deepu at 2 pm on 8th Jan 2021

                The staffs and management are very rude and bluffing if we approach for any queries and complaints.. They are not ready to accept our compliants and concerns and just looking for the money.. Over charges on patients, unprofessional and gunda staffs.. Also they are adding lots of fake entries in the summary bills in the name of additional charges, actually that treatments may not be getting for the patients, still adding charges unnecessarily.. Heavily overpriced...in my opinion, better cut the license of this crap hospital...!!!

                  Mr. Sridhar from. Sunrise Hospital, Visakhapatnam did surgery for Hernia to my father few months back. But my father complained about the pain in stomach after few months and when consulted doctor said that operation failed and he need to operate again. And after doing the surgery for second time also there was a pain after few months and again the doctor suggested to operate again. This is disgusting from the doctor and he don't know to operate surely. Can you please take action against him.

                    If you are planning to visit this hospital, make sure to cough up a lot of money.
                    By service I have no complaints at all... but if you compare value vs service, I don't think they will makeup to it. Since we go to hospitals in emergencies, we cannot weigh the life with money at that instances and this hospital cleverly take advantage of such situation.

                    A hospital should provide good service to its patients and Sunrise lives up to it.
                    What they lack is the ethics, which should be high for a hospital.

                      Dear Team, I regret to inform you that our hospital's Tata Sky DTH services are not functional since 14/06/2015 evening we have lodged complaint today[16/06/15] at4.15pm service personnel from Tata sky had come but they were unable to resolve issue.                         service charge extra paid for credit card usage (hospitalization)

                        Sir,

                        My wife's hand had finger fracture so we went to sunrise hospital.We have heard much about Sunrise hospital(Kakkanad) so we decided to go there to get a change from our regular small hospital and doctor.

                        I had paid more than 13000 for the treatment. It's credit card payment so I had to pay 182 Rupees extra for service charges(1.4%).

                        Service charge cutting is happeing for jewels...

                        Sunrise Hospital in Kochi is a worst hospital. The Medical Director who is a world famous surgeon has performed laporoscopic surgeries, but no post operation care is given to the patients. Patients facing with problems after the surgery are not given any attention. No steps are taken to diagnose the problem that arise after the surgery. They are happy with the money they get after the operation and the patients are left to themselves for suffering.

                          Its found that your team in the hospital is giving pathetic service by costing the patient at highest level .
                          Here is the case ,
                          My kid was admitted to thee hospital ( Isha Fathima ,Reg No 67136) on Thursday 19 the Jan 2012 under thee treatment of Dr Nitha Anil . Paid RS 3000 as advance even thought i had a cashless facility with thee hospital (FHPL) . But at thee time of discharge they are asking for full payment to get thee discharge summary , advance will be paid back only after 45 days.
                          The provider (FHPL) had approved to give the patient full cashless.
                          But i came to know that FHPL had paid thee claim amt in full on 08/02/2012 , But till date the hospital people not even called and paid back thee deposit i had give to the hospital.
                          I found thee miscalculation in the bill given by the hospital and FHPL settled amount.
                          Tell me what is the meaning of thee cash less facility if you take full amt from us and payback only after 45 days.
                          Even after repeated mail to [protected]@sunrisehospital.in and to the MD , they don't showed the interest to address the query
