On 7th jan I (Gajanan Katrale-[protected]) admitted to Sunrise for Stomuch pain, shifted to ICU, shifted to hospital room next day, asked to ready for Kidney laser stone operation, twice MRI, once, Xray, 8.00 mm stone found as per their report. Asked for money to deposit for operation.Ready for operation after 3 days, we paid advance through my credit card as cashless facility has been removed by united India.Everything is ready from our side.Half an hour before surgery I have been told that surgery doctor which was suppose to come rom another hospital on charge basis is not suppose to come now. And next they discharged me as it is.See the way of working.Sunrise don't have their own doctor for surgery then why they are taking money in advance? They should inform to go another hospital earlier

Updated by Gajanan Katrale On 8th jan I (Gajanan Katrale [protected]) when I have been admitted for laser kidney operation one tooth cap has been found in hospital canteen food when lunch was served in my room where I was admitted. It was in vegetable served by their canteen.I[censored] will see all cameras cctv u will find that it was brought to notice to everyone.
