    There are 3 tel numbers given never picked up phone. When you try 10times if you are luck if they picked up you will not get proper answer. 1) done today rtgs process still my client not received payment. I dont know they process or not? 2) for a/c opening giving false statement given days to open else return money but not open in time and not given back by mrs sapna madam kandivali sv road branch. 3) rest behaviour of staff talking is also not good. Over all poor quality bank request to take against system where there is emergency n need help. Against my client today i m fail to make payment because of bank 3rd class services

      Saraswat bank taking so many hidden charges. I avail home loan frpm. This bank. For reduction ate of intrest they require letter from the customer. But when incresing rate of intrest that time they informing customer that rate of intrst increase but when reduce roi that time they didnt call to customer. Fulling and chitting people on name of bank policy.

        We are maintaining this referred account since november 1998
        Despite upon closure of this account on[protected] branch has
        Charged rs 336.30 as closure cheque book charges

        We have hardly taken one or two cheque book during entire tenure,
        [2]average balance has never fallen below minimum balance, then
        Such charge positively hurts customer sentiments & it is against the
        Interest of customers.

        No bank is charging for a cheque book up to certain limit, we had just
        Taken 2 cheque books, out of which one taken since branch is shifted
        Account number is changes

        We have represented this issue to head office saraswat bank, but no
        Response. This exposes lack of business ethics., customer service

        We repeat, this is exploitation of customer

          Sir,
          Sub:- fraud in sb a/c of shri. P. M. Varkey no.[protected] of iit powai branch, mumbai-400 076, by giving unauthorized ach debit mandate.
          *
          I had received an sms from your bank, vk-sarbnk stating, “ach debit mandate in favour of bulk capital first limited bearing umrn no. Srcb[protected] has been accepted for your savings a/c22016”.

          2. In the start i submit that i am in united states, chicago since last month. Considering the aforesaid sms received by me, i must state that i have not given anyone, any such authorization for any such “ach debit mandate in favour of bulk capital first limited” and it is not known as to how my bankers, i. E. Saraswat co-operative bank ltd, of iit powai, mumbai-76, has accepted such ach debit mandate, by which amounts can be debited from my savings bank account in the pretext that i have given such a mandate, probably for some loan taken, which is false, in my case. This is an absolute fraud, maybe with the collusion of the bankers.

          3. I have not made any transaction with bulk capital first limited. I recollect in april or may 2014, i bought a refrigerator from croma in r city, ghatkopar and their salesman forced me to take a loan by which they claimed to give me a rs.500/- discount also stating i could make the payments of emi, to some capital first financial services ltd, which was debited to savings bank account from may or june 2014, till i finished off their payments, thus ending the matter.in such a case, i may have given some ach debit mandate then, that is in may or june 2014, against which they collected their amounts due, settling the matter or their claim. Considering present case, it seems the company m/s bulk capital first limited could have again presented a copy of the same debit mandate to the bank and my bankers have accepted it, without any scrutiny of dates to which, it belongs. This is improper on the banks part.
          Moreover, presenting a debit mandate to my bankers of 2014, in 2018 and my bankers accepting the debit mandate of 2014 in 2018, that too, a debit mandate, which is redundant is again a fraud to fool the account holder and is a serious matter. Hence, you may kindly look my bank details of may or june 2014, which would evidence that the debit mandate given then, against which monthly emi’s were paid then onwards, is represented again and the bank is accepting such outdated debit mandate of 2014 in 2018, which is improper and a fraud.

          4. Considering the aforesaid, as i have not given any such debit mandate or have taken any loan from them presently and as i am abroad, i request you not accept the debit mandate in question and not to make any deductions from my saving bank account 22016, with you. I have also asked my friend shri. K. Nanda having account in the bank and my brother in law shri samuel mathews to meet the bank branch manager to do the needful in the matter.

            This ia vipul joshi, [protected]. I have deposited cash at kiosk dated on 13/12/2017 at 5:39pm,,, i have deposited 18000 rupees cash, denomitions of 500 * 4 and 2000 *8. Receipt transactions numbet is 10669.. Still its not credited and its 24 hours on, still btanch is saying it will take more time,, i want to say what is the use of machine and some one want to make payment of hospital bill then what person will do... Useless service, useless bank staff..

              I had swiped my card 4 times around 11 days ago it was yet showing declined in the end i get to 4 transactions of rs 8000 have been debited from my account.. I contacted the place few days ago they said no such transaction has been made here nor has your bank contacted us till now... What am i to do in this situation the amount is 32000. Saraswat bank lokhandwala branch is just making excuses till now

                    My saving account in chiplun branch but i stay in pune i dont have atm/chq book of our bank so i wnt withdrawn cash of my account then i will requst him to give a loose leaf chq of cahlsh withdrawn then karaj branch staff and barach manger sepepically said to me go to your home branch then he will say closed your account i give closer request to him i am not satisfied to your bank service

                      I have account in your masjid bander branch (Long ago in samual street). My office is at kalbadevi, its really difficult for me to go at masjid branch for passbook updation...
                      I have barcode on passbook but that not working in kalbadevi passbook printing machine, so i just request staff when there is no customers in bank, to jus update it, but they always refuse.

                      So just guide me do they have right to say like this?
                      What i do for this, as this is going to happen all the time...

                          I made a transfer from my account to paytm and the amount shows debited but hasn't been credited to the other account.. It was very important this transfer and i feel very betrayed that i couldn't use my own money. Who will take responsibility for such failure.. When i called the call centre they put me on hold for the longest time and after that they told me to wait for 24-48 hours

                            Is there any issue about pf cutting...? Actually i am working in small scale company our employee strength is below 20 so there is no any pf cutting...
                            And main point is that my salary credited in saraswat bank aundh branch by last 2.5 yrs... Now i wanna car loan... And they are giving me excuses like your company is too small... If you did btech then how can you work in small scale company with low salary... No pf cutting... Thats y they are not giving me loan... Our company is ready to give them letter about pf cutting... Still the saraswat not giving any response... What the heck... All of this... Only coz of no pf cutting... Shame on you... Saraswat... Now i am going to close my saraswat account... There is no any use for me...

                                As i opened zero balance account wen i was below 18. They had camp in our classes n offered us to open such account, from the day i opened the account i m facing n number of problems, one day i got statement on my passbook that due to minimum balance some amount is deducted, i mailed to support launch online complaint but no action as if no one is bothered, atlast i visited to branch showed him statements staff itself dnt have any idea about it atlast query was resolved, other pblm arrieved they printed my name as "mrs" instead of "ms" i mean how??? As i was below 18 yrs n none of document it was mentioned. I again launched complain but no action, i visited to bank they said i need to go to branch where i opened account, no online way to resolve, i asked the staff how to shift account to diffent branch he said notpossible, i mean in which generation is this bank, where no online support reply, staffs have no idea about bank! I m finally closing my account; worst bank ever saw

                                  मेरा आपके यहा Bavdhan BRANCH में 1 साल पेहले करंट खाता था । और Transaction भी अछे थे आप देख सखते हो.मेरा 4 wheelar Showroom है।
                                  मुझे saraswat bank की sarvice पसंद है। मगर BRANCH की sarvice पसंद नहीं ।
                                  मुछे 1 साल पेहले home loan और PL loan की मालुमात लेना था और मे BRANCH चला गया वहां के कमृचारी से पहले बात की उसने मुझे जवाब दिया हम loan नहीं करते उसी वक्त BRANCH Manegar वहां आऐ Manegar ने भी ऐसा ही कहा हम loan नहीं करते ।
                                  मैं ने Manegar को जवाब दिया आप बिना Document देखकर या मेरा cibil देखकर केसे बोले कि में loan नहीं देती ।
                                  मैं ऊसी वक्त आपके यहां का खाता बंद किया! खाता बंद करने के Rs.600 लिए गए ।
                                  अभी मेंरा saraswat में (Ac no 910 )saving Account चालु हे । वो भी बंद करना है अभी saving Account से ECS कटता है इसलिए saving Account बंद नहीं किया ।
                                  * में सिर्फ यह केहना चाहता हूँ आप पेहले document लो में अगर Default हूँ तो नहीं मिलेगा । बिना profile देखकर केसे बोल सकते हो।

                                      I mis. Sanika satish bhoir from nerul navi mumbai has an account in saraswat co-op bank ltd, sector-4 nerul. My a/c no: [protected]. The bank without any prior information and without any details sharing, there has been three transations made on the same day through cheque. The following are the details of my transactions:
                                      Chq. No:[protected] amt: rs.19, 990.
                                      Chq. No:[protected] amt: rs.19, 990.
                                      Chq. No:[protected] amt: rs.9, 000.
                                      Total amount:rs.48, 980.
                                      Dated:10/4/2017.
                                      I am also not given the dispute form by the nerul branch. Passbook was alloted to me later in the month of june and after updating i was informed. I have also lodged a complaint in cyber cell (Belapur police headquarters) and reserve bank of india as well. I request of quick action to be taken as soon as possible. Please do the needful. I would be waiting for your reply.

                                        The Deputy Manager- Branch: Viman Nagar, Pune) has a very unpleasant attitude / bad behavior towards our staff especially with our Area Manager. She talks very arrogantly and raises her voice unnecessarily. This is something a very surprising behavior from a staff like her (Typical Govt Staff). This is an insulting behavior we face. They have also misplace our cheque book and charged again for the new one. Due to this we have closed our current account.

                                        The Bank is Good but the staff is Very Disgusting!!
