    Sir : I Raksha M Karia holding a joint, with my husband Mahendra Karia, account [protected] in your bank @ Sarvodaya Nagar, Mulund West and having joint a/c no [protected] & [protected] with my daughters.Last Thursday my husband visited the branch for collecting New Passbook for 7324 & 7325 accounts, but surprised to find that passbook of 7324 was not displaying all joint holder names. Further also note that 1 a/c no 5325 could not operated due to her being out of station for her service and due to that the a/c was trandferred to DORMAT. Today 05.07.21 I have submitted all the KYC papers of all the holders to activate the account. He was informed that the same will be activated by Sunday and he was asked to deposit some cash/chq in the account. We don't understand how it takes so long to activate the account. We think that it should take hardly 24 hrs to do the same.
    Pl also note that passbook printing is not working properly and when asked the person in charge to print the passbook, he always unable to do so and saying that his computer is not working. During last 3 days visit of my husband, to your branch more than 50% of time his computer was down.
    During our previous visits to your branch we were very happy with services given by your staff but from last one year it's very difficult for us to get the proper service. These new staff always avoiding to do the work immediately. We have wait for more than 1 hr outside the gate to get the entry in the bank because of entry of only 1 person at a time and long time taken by the said new staff. We would like to request you to pl restore the old staff so that all the customers have a sigh of relief.

        Hello,
        I am not able to view/download account statement of my savings account for the transactions older than 90 days. I couldn't find any tab which allows me to download such older statements. The old portal had the functionality of downloading even an entire financial year statement, can't find it in the new portal. Why has this facility been discontinued?
        Please advise.

          Two years back I opened a Housing loan account with Saraswat bank. I was promised that the bank revises the Bank Lending rate, if RBI rate is changed. At that time the Interest rate offered was 8.2%. Now the RBI slashed the Repo rate to 4%. Currently the bank is offering new customers 6.7%, but I still continue to pay with 8.2%. Almost all private and nationalized bank have to forward the Repo rate advantage to customer, but not Saraswat.

          I would never recommend this bank. Not a reliable Bank. Feels like white collar robbers.

            Plz hmari help karo bank se baar baar contact aa rahe loan ka hafta bharo agar lockdown hi hai to kaha se paise bharege kamaneka jariya hi band hai to hum paise kahase bhare bank manneger ko thodi bhi insaniyat nhi hai o bol rhe hai tum rishtedarose paisa lo, tumare jewar becho gadi hogi to becho, lockdown rehne do do o hmari orobleam nhi humko hafte chahiye ab kya humne jaan deneki agar waise hai to lo hmari jaan, mai khud ek covid petiont hun mereko ilaj ke liye paise nhi hai 2 chote bacche hai mere mai kya karu bacchoko b jehar deti or khud b piti hun

                To who so ever concerned the above message is i received from your bank as i tried to withdraw from goregaon east two atms of saraswat bank madhurkendra and pandurangwadi failed to withdraw amount no transactions no withdrawal etc so tried other bank atms one idfc bank tried to withdraw amount i could not withdraw but amount was debited and reversed immediately another atm Bharat bank same repeated could not withdraw but my amount was debited but i didnt get money from atm and no reversal also again went to saraswat atm to check if amount is reverted it wasnt..lots network server issues none could withdraw amount and got debited no reversals..pls check this matter on urgent basis as my amount debited but not reverted

                  Poor New Net Banking Interface

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  The new internet banking user interface for Saraswat banking is very poor, and not at all user friendly to navigate.

                  1. The home page layout is very poor
                  2. From home page there is no easy way to navigate to the transactions details
                  3. There is some pop-up comes which allows to select dates to see detailed transactions but nothing happens when I try to select date

                    My name is Aditya Bhide, the incident took place on 9th May 2021. The Katraj branch of Saraswat bank has deducted extra money from my bank account without notification. The loan EMI goes on 10th of every month. It is an auto debit, where the EMI amount from HDFC gets transferred to Saraswat bank saving account and then from there it goes to loan account. however there was a transaction triggered by the bank on 9th May, where they deducted the minimum balance which was kept to avoid penalties and gave me a auto notification of the debit transaction.

                    This should not have happened as the transaction should be triggered on 10th of the month and not 9th of the month. Even today the transaction is not triggered from my HDFC bank and which has lead to lot follow-up with the bank and the corporate site. I have written a mail and tried calling the bank also multiple time, however there is no response from the bank branch. In these difficult times when people do not have jobs and we are still paying the EMI's, the least we expect the bank to be prompt in the communication, however that is not the case. Please do let me know a way forward from this situation and let me know if the error can be resolved.

                      The password reset option doesn't work for the customer id 7492341.
                      We tried routing this through the Gadkari Branch office and they are not able to do anything.
                      Please find the error on entering the Customer ID, Registered Mobile Number and the Verification Code.

                            Money debited from account but no withdraw

                            On 27th of april I have done transction from ATM machine 3 where fail but I got the msg of amount debited from my account in which 4000 rs transction was credited to my account in 5 min but the amount of 8000 and 2500 rs which was not withdraw is still pending to get credited as told by my brance in Bandra east not getting any response from ur side.

                                  I have received SMS regarding non operation of my locker twice and then ultimately I received letter from Virar East branch for non operation of locker for last three years and also in the letter they threatend me for brake open the locker for non operation.
                                  I have to state that during the period mentioned in letter I have operated my locker many time last operated in March 2021
                                  Pl let me know why branch is harrassing customer s by sending such letters SMS without conforming at the branch level
                                  I have also talked on telephone with the officer who is encharge of locker but till date she has not reverted me back
                                  Today both the landline numbers are not working giving massage it is switchoff pl look into the master
