    I am having saving ac in pimple nilakh branch ac no. Saving 3513 my wife is having rd ac in bhosari branch rd ac no 44.
    Now we want to make rd ac joint. Accordingly we have given letter to the branch for for the same but the branch has replied to close the ac and make new ac.

    We request to make the existing rd ac joint. Soft copy of letter is attached herewith.

      Deducted money from my bank while using atm at khed shivapur (27 june 8.20 pm) and didn't receive the money also. I tried calling on the customer number provided but call wasn't received on other side. Please resolve the issue asap.

      I want know about ECS and ECH is what is this charge I had a lot dedication money in this between lockdown from my acount very weak money 177 rupees very weak what’s going on can u tell me what’s this what’s going on there bank person I dnt knw wats this can u clarify this ECS and ECH this is loan didect or bank charge didect I want know about this issue I had a lot of problems in last 3 months between this lockdown.

        Hi .I was having Loan ACCOUNT with saraswat bank for HL and mortgage loan which is closed.upon closing the account I asked bank to refund my 25000 Rs. Which is taken as share..but now bank is not ready to refund the amount mentioning as these are non refundable amount...this is not at all acceptable from the good organizations...they are hiding the things while applying the loan and any other service.

          I had buy a product from eezephone and money also has been get deducted from my account..but while canceling order its dnt have cancel oder option..after few search we came to know that the site was fake and we get stuck into this scam...but i need my money back...please kindly help me from this situation.

            Hi team,

            On 11th june i received a call from the no - [protected] for cash back. To avail the cashback asked me to click on send option in phone pe on notification. Once i click on it i have not received any cash back instead the amount got debited from my linked bank account. Also there is no message from phone pe for the payment confirmation. I need my money back. There is no security o[censored]sers details. How come anyone can get the personal details o[censored]s (User/customer) and verify the same. Request you to investigate this issue and refund my amount asap.

              Today i have withdraw 3000/- from bandra's atm and money got deducted twice from my account and i didn't get cash from atm it showed transaction timeout. So basically i didn't get any cash from atm and 6000/- got deducted from my account.

              And from another atm i have tried again to withdraw 3000/- and this time i got cash from atm.

              So my 6000/- rs. I have lost from my account for failed transaction.

                      I am mr. Sameer suresh gajmal, having saving account at saraswat co-operative bank ltd. Branch chiplun, district-ratnagiri.

                      Monthly home installment: rs.9920/-
                      In this month of may 2020, total two installments of rs. 9920/- + rs.9920/- have been deducted on 08 may, 2020 from my saving account.
                      As far my knowledge this home loan installment deduction date is 15 of each month.
                      As you are well aware that, government of india is requesting to the banks for not to take any kind of loan installment from the customers during this lockdown period and your bank is taking two installments in one month. I don't know what is the reason.

                      In the month of august 2020, similar deduction of loan installment took place from your lavel branch. I am also having personal loan [ac no-[protected]] at lavel branch.in the month of august 2020, total three installments of rs. 15100/- each means total rs.45300/- was deducted from my saving account in one month and it took long period to solve the complaint.
                      i don't know why your bank is behaving like this with the customers.

                      There is an expectation of quick action from your side for depositing the addition deducted amount of rs.9920/- in my saving account of chiplun branch within 24 hours.
                      Also there is one expectation that your bank will take care so that such things will not happen again in future at least with my case.

                        The website urges you to use their digital channels wherever possible in the lock down period.
                        1. Digital channels dont work.
                        2. Help line numbers cited in the notice posted online are not answered.
                        3. Bank calls not answered.
                        4. No chatbot
                        5. When you seek customer care email id, you get a thesis on ' our grievance redressal system'.

                          I get this message when trying to transfer funds

                          Amount cannot be greater than maximum set limit of 0.

                          Tried 24x7 as well as neft. Amount to be deducted falls in the limits assigned by the bank on their website.

                          In general saraswat bank is highly inefficient in net banking. Your work get done sooner if you physically appear in the branch. What should take less than a minute takes at least a week at the bank, after the drill of numerous error messages, calling the customer care, calling bank branch. The only key to getting through to saraswat's net banking the same day, is divine intervention.

                            Hi, i am from mumbai and hold a saving account with saraswat bank, andheri east, mumbai. I had gone to mahabaleshwar for 2 day and due to insufficient cash i was seeing for an atm for removing cash. Near mapro garden i found an amt of sarata district central coporative bank for removing cash but the cash did not disbursed from the atm and the amount got deducted from my saraswat account. Would request a refund for the amount deducted on 14-03-20.

                              At santa cruz. West branch
                              As when i opened the new account i was been misguided by the representative who had opened the account
                              I have been informed by the representative that the minimum balance required in the bank account is rs 1000/-
                              But i was been charged with minimum balance charged when i visited the branch i was been informed that the account which has been opened by me is a elite account in which there should be balance of rs 5000/- and i have signed some documents too regards to the same
                              As i have recently visited your branch and had a conversation with the branch manager too
                              I informed her that i was been informed that this is the old documents which we are signing but as due to some currently offer you have to just maintain 1000 as minimum bal
                              She was cooperative but i have informed her i would like to continue the account only after i get confirmation regarding to the reversal of charges and penalties if any
                              I want you to please into the same and request you to change my account to normal balance and also the charges should be reversed as well so please look into the same and revert be back
                              On my husband number who is joint account holder for any further information

                                    Our society’s one fix deposit receipt of rs. 32, 00, 000/- was matured on 16.03.2018, & we have another two fix deposit receipt matured in same period & was auto renewed by the branch. & always all the fix deposit are auto renewed by bank on time, but this 32, 00, 000/- fix deposit receipt was not auto renewed. & as always we are doing in 3 to 4 month we gathered all the fix deposit & roll over from the branch. When on dt.31/08/2018 we take new printout of fix deposit receipt that time also we are on the trust of bank not check the receipt. But in may 2019 when society’s audit going on & we came to know that the bank has not given interest on rs.32, 00, 000/- for the period of 17/03/2018 to 30/08/2018. & that money was not also transfer to our saving account. When we contact the branch, we have answer by branch that, in that period the branch policy was changed & it is consider as bulk deposit which was not auto renewed, & we doesn’t have any written intimation about such circular otherwise we had renew the same on time, than also while we ask the bank then why are you not transfer the amt to our saving account, the branch has no answer & we have also ask for such said circular for bulk they also don’t have any answer.
                                    And till date branch has not credited any type of interest on this fix deposit for the period of 17/3/2018 to 30/08/2018. S kindly look in the matter & do the needful

                                      I have an account at kandivli e branch. It's been 2nd time i have withdrawn cash at the atm. But since the atm there gave me 2000 notes only it becomes difficult for a person to travel or get change. I went to cash counter that person was so rude she told me last time only i told u i[censored] want change get ur cheque then only we will give. I told her i withdrew from saraswat atm only. But she kept on insisting regarding cheque procedure. Firstly she shud be taught how to speak to customers n 2ndly if we don't get change from the bank where we v have account then what's the use. Please look into the matter.

                                        Dear sir/madam,

                                        I vikas dattatray urasal have saving cum salary account with saraswat (Account no - [protected]) at chinchwad, pune, maharashtra, india.

                                        Last year, our company (Pune polymers pvt ltd) applied for credit card to saraswat bank (Group wise). After received card, i had surrender with neraest bank with application for cancellation with out uses or active card.

                                        But yesterday[protected] after one year, i had received message from bank that due amount of rs-894/- on my registered cell phone (+91-[protected]).

                                        So plaese cancelled (If active card) and waived of such charges on credit card. I will not pay singal paisa, please noted
