Monthly home installment: rs.9920/-
In this month of may 2020, total two installments of rs. 9920/- + rs.9920/- have been deducted on 08 may, 2020 from my saving account.

The website urges you to use their digital channels wherever possible in the lock down period.
1. Digital channels dont work.
2. Help line numbers cited in the notice posted online are not answered.
3. Bank calls not answered.
4. No chatbot
5. When you seek customer care email id, you get a thesis on ' our grievance redressal system'....

I get this message when trying to transfer funds

Amount cannot be greater than maximum set limit of 0.

Tried 24x7 as well as neft. Amount to be deducted falls in the limits assigned by the bank on their website.

In general saraswat bank is highly inefficient in net banking. Your work get done sooner if you physically appear in the branch. What should take less than a minute takes at least a week...

need a refund for the money deducted from my account

Hi, i am from mumbai and hold a saving account with saraswat bank, andheri east, mumbai. I had gone to mahabaleshwar for 2 day and due to insufficient cash i was seeing for an atm for removing cash. Near mapro garden i found an amt of sarata district central coporative bank for removing cash but the cash did not disbursed from the atm and the amount got deducted from my saraswat account. Would request a refund for the amount deducted on 14-03-20....

incomplete details given while opening account at santacruz west branch

take a charge for sign verification for pensioners

non payment of fixed deposit

cash counter at thakur village branch

complaints of credit card charges

payment not received by flipkart

I had order realme xt and done payment but payment was not received by flipkart and amount is debited from my account so i called flipkart cc he said me to call my bank because payment is not recived by flipkart so it will be bank issue and then i called saraswat bank from where amount is debited from there they said wait for 48 hour my payment will be return and they said to raise complaint on flipkart and saraswat bank....

non refund of amount

I had done transaction via mobile banking on 21 - sept at 12:30:26 am, i had sent amount to other account, but i haven`t received the amount. When complaint in bank about it, they are claiming we cant do anything about it, as the amount is debited from my account but didnt got credited to the receiver.

We have done complaint regarding it, but we are not getting any response regarding it....

possible fraudulent loan declaration

Factually she is cook at households and not into business. Her income is variable.She was found stealing money/materials like food stuff from house she cooked and was thrown out.Kindly look into the matter....

refund from amazon not credited to my account

I made an payment on amazon.in using my debit card, but soon cancelled my order the amount kf order was to be refunded in 5 days to my bank account, the refund has been processed by amazon.in and they had said money has been refunded by them but my bank hasn't credited it to me. This is the reference no. For the refund provided to me by amazon.in, and they told me to reach out to bank with it...

non repayment of fixed deposit money

forcing us to make fd after my mom's death

Recently my mother passed away. So we want closed her bank account. But bank manager is saying it is complusory to make fd after account holders death. So my half amount will be go in fd.
