Saraswat Bank — No proper response by bank manager

Saraswat Bank — FD Renewal copies not issued
Dear sir,
I have an account in your bank from past four years. i had applied for ten fd receipt renewal which are kept collateral with housing loan on 8th may 2016 at nerul (east) branch, sector-21, agarwal corner, navi mumbai - 400706. but till now i have not received the copies of those receipts. i tried calling the officials of the bank but didn't received a positive response from their side.
It is really disappointing that the banks take so long to give fd renewal receipts. i request you to look into the matter and have copies of fd receipts issued soon.

Saraswat Bank — Rude behavior of staff
The staff at marol branch (Cashier) has no manners to speak to women. He passes a statement that "please yaha timepass karne ke liye phone mat karo". The cashier and the staff send my father back twice when he went to deposit money saying that the account is closed whereas the branch is shifted from old nagardas road to new nagardas road. Last week also faced problem regarding the refund. They do not wish to serve customers. The phone is kept on hold, no answer from the customer care as well.

Saraswat Bank — Complaint for deducting funds from my account without my knowledge
Dear Sir/Mam,
I am one of your account holder Mr. Mayank Mahesh Paua (sarvodaya branch mulund west), i would like to lodge a complaint against your branch, whereby they have deducted funds of Rs. 5700/- from my account without my knowledge. In case if they
required money they could have asked for cheque from me. How they can deduct funds from my account without my knowledge?? Also, it will not take much time for me to go to consumer forum.

Saraswat Bank — Transaction denied but money deducted
Dear Sir/Madam
I had to pay around 16K to the merchant, so i swiped the card on 13/09/2015 at 7:30Pm but transaction was denied. So i had to arrange another way to pay the amount. But after some time i got the message as my account is being debited by 16k.
Will it be reversed??? I have been told that it will be reversed in 48hrs. But haven't got the money yet. Please help.

Saraswat Bank — Non receipt of FD RECEIPT
I have been holding various FDs with the Kalwa Branch out of which one Account expired in January 2015. I handed over the original receipt duly signed by myself and my wife to the Clerk at the counter two days before maturity for crediting the proceeds to my S/B A/c I was not given any acknowledgement but was promised that the amount will be credited to my account on the day of maturity. Since the amount was not credited even after the maturity date, I visited Branch again and was promised that they will look into the matter. To my surprise, when I checked the account ‘online’ I noticed that the said FD has been renewed contrary to my instructions, hence I visited Branch again and was promised that the new FD receipt will be sent to me by courier.
Since the receipt has not been received by me till date, I visited Branch yesterday and was asked to meet the Officer concerned who says that I will have to sign an Indemnity Bond on Rs 200 stamp paper.
why should I spend Rs 200 for the bank's fault?
