I had submitted an application for account opening with a deposited cash of rs.1000 on 25th july in your katraj, pune branch. After multiple follow up account was opened on 25th september. Till date my initial cash deposit is not reflected in my account, when i have called bank i have been told this movement happens automatically, when asked for a time line i was assured this will be manually transferred immediately, but i could not see the amount credited to my account.

    I have saving account in your andheri branch. My account number is [protected].
    I had withdrawn amount of rs 2000 from indian bank atm (Madhav nagr, andheri wgreatermumbaimhin - s1aa0231-txn ref no[protected]
    Dated on 14th september 2018 timing 2:26 pm.

    Now an issue is that my transaction amount 2000 was deducted from my account but only 500 withdrawn but remaining 1500 not came out from atm.
    After that i visited the same bank branch (Indian bank) but they suggested me to visit the home branch.
    Next day on 15th september i visited to my home branch (Andheri east) they ask me to fill a charge back form. I filled it up but i got a message that my charge back application is rejected.
    So i request you to suggest me how i can regain my remaining amount of rs 1500 as soon.
    Saraswat Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I have changed my password but then also in online transaction password is wrong is showed to me I am not able to do any online transactions...

      Before a 7 days i used saraswat banks debit card to fill petrol on petrol pump, while i swap the card transaction was declined but amount was debited from my account, pls help to refund the same as early as possible..

        Sir/ madam... I have join ac in your bank named devika nagesh chilkanti..ac no. [protected]. On 02/09/2018 at 1130 hrs.. I filled petrol in my scooter at sathe petro pump.. Vishal nagar pune 27.. I swipe the card of amount rs. 320/- due to some error. I didnt show transaction in their swipe machine.. That time i used my another card... And again swipe 2nd card.. I seen the deduction two time from both cards for 1 transaction.. My money was deducted from both cards at a time.. The person on petrol pump show me one transaction in their record.. Kindly request plz do the needful.. Do the earlist.. Thanking you..

        My debit card isn't operating, it works fine until entering the amount, once amount is entered it says transaction timed out. What could be the reason for it?

          At 11 o'clock in the morning on september 3, 2018, i went for rs 4000 from the icici bank atm in ghatkopar east. Receipt was received as the message was processed in all the process of withdrawal and the process was successful. But there was no money out of atm, but a message was received on my mobile phone but my money did not get paid.
          As i gave the idea of ​​this fact to saraswat bank officials, as per the law of the bank on 4th september, 2018, i have filed a complaint in this regard, but at the earliest, my dilemma should be removed and the money should be deposited in my account immediately.
          Saraswat Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          Still saving account interest has not received other banks interest received on 30sep only...

            Sir/ Madam,

            Myself a student,
            I have my father's account in Saraswat bank where I updated the passbook today. Rs 832 was a mismatch which was debited to Indiaideas.

            I had logged a complaint with national customer care as well as Saraswat bank

            I got a call claiming him to be the customer care executive of India ideas from -[protected]
            The executive claimed he will be refunding me the amount of Rs 832 .. instead he further debited my whole balance from Saraswat bank which was approx 10, 000.

            And further was asking me the details of my other bank account .as I yelled at him for deducting my money he disconnected and blocked me.

            I am attaching the transaction details for reference.

            He has deducted it via UPI.
            Strange that he had all my details regarding Saraswat bank..I have no where provided him any details.

            Plz help

              Hi sir
              I am a customer of chakan saraswat bank branch.
              I did a transaction in phaltan, maharashtra in shopping mall.
              461 rupees debited from my account when i got a fail transaction receipt from the seller jay hind mall.
              Then another transaction of same amount successful.
              On 26th evening 7pm the amount debited and till 28th 10am i haven't received back.
              And trying to call chakan branch no. Its showing phone no. Doesn't exist.
              Please help as now i am staying in phaltan and can't go to the branch.

                Dear sir,

                I am kapil parmar, i have one current account in saraswat bank with payee name - functions india.
                As per subject line, yesterday i experienced an online debit card payment fraud. I was getting calls from google adwords services (As they told) through particular nos. [protected]/ +91 [protected] (Miss himanshi/ mr. Abhishek) for google adwords services to promoting the website on the google search engine. According to the telephonic discussion, they charging rs. 500 for six-month promotional services to start adword services.

                After 3-4 time communication, i agree to pay rs. 500/-. They provided one registration cum payment link (http://www.adwordpay.registrationpay.com/insert_otp.php) for registration and payment. I filled the payment details, as mentioned below.

                After filling the details i clicked proceed button. It directed on otp page, i was waiting for otp. But didn't receive any otp. Then after some time, i received one message from the bank for deducting rs. 500 /- (Time 05:56 pm - 25/08/2018)
                After that, i received two another massage from the bank, which shows that, two payments of rs. 9500 /- done (Time 06:21 pm - 25/08/2018). I didn't understand that without otp and any other password detail, how can payment is done. I immediately transferred balance amount from my current account to savings account. But until that, i was lost my rs. 19500/ -
                I immediately tried to call aundh branch no. But no one received the call. Then i called to saraswat bank customer care and request to cancel all three transactions, but they said that cant does so. Even they can't stop this if it happens again. Then we mutually decided to block my debit card. Then i log in my online banking and tried to find any option for cancellation the transaction, but there is no any option founded. Its so sad that bank doesn't have that much security, especially for current accounts.

                I didn't understand about our account security, without otp, how can bank enable to make payment to anyone. What is the security of our hard earned money??
                Also worried about my account with saraswat bank.

                Today, i also visited vishrantwadi police station to complain about the same, but they suggested for cyber crime cell complain at sp office. They also questioned that, how can bank enable any transaction without otp or password.

                I want my money back anyhow...

                  We have some many bank for new account opening, but we are trust to saraswat bank because of good service, but now a thier is no service to new customer for opening account. Why???

                      On 06th aug i have provided all documents for opening an saving account but bank members are telling as the aadhar card is of kolhapur so it will take 15 days to activate, when i did follow up with bank staff they did not have the clarity and told that it is under process without checking, request your presence to help to get the account activate asap

                          My family has 5 sb acts elite gold with different branches of yr bank. There is one branch i. E. Ballard estate, mumbai near my office where i update the pass books under d anywhere banking facility. But that branch denies to issue a new pass book when d pages get exausted. Is it a rule that d branch with which u hv a act can only issue a new pass book. At least i dont think so. And if it is so why do we say anywhere banking. Update me on d same please.

                          They dnt have manners to talk to customers and they cant even entertain their customer
                          No proper service too.. Money which paid for saving ac will be not cr imideiatly it vl take hour for the procedure.
                          Bank serives n customer satisfactions are not good at all.

                              I did imps from saraswat bank ac no.[protected] (Branch dadar-e) on 8/5/2018

                              But till date it is not received in the account and nor refunded in my account. I am in touch with both the banks but they both are not giving any proper reply

                                Dear sir

                                My mother aged 92 years is an account holder in your naupada thane branch with sizeable fixed deposits. Her savings account number is [protected]

                                All these years she was being allowed to register nomination each deposit receipt wise and her request was being promptly responded to.

                                As she desired to make some variations to the existing nominations, i, on her request, approached the said branch on 19/07/2018 with duly completed/signed nomination variation form (Form da-3).

                                I was told that though it was allowed earlier, due to some changes to the cbs software the system allows change of nomination only at the account level and not for individual deposit receipt.

                                May i please know "as to whether any changes to the nomination rules have been effected which bar variation at individual deposit level".

                                I may place on record that the service at the branch is excellent except for the issues beyond their control. The staff is very friendly and courteous.

                                An expeditious reply to my query herein above will be highly appreciated.

                                    Hi, i am sagar patil,
                                    I am having account in icici bank. By-mistake i have sent inr 22, 838 amount to wrong account number of saraswat bank.
                                    (Transaction ref no :mmt / ref[protected]
                                    Icici bank has marked mail to saraswat bank after my complaint regarding wrong account transaction.
                                    I went to saraswat bank chinchwad isfc: srcb0000389, they have taken my written request, after 3 weeks i went to the branch again because i have not received my money back into my account.
                                    They have confirmed me that they have processed my request and i 'll get my money after one day.
                                    Again one week has gone and again i went to the branch now they have said we have processed your money you need to go to icici bank.
                                    I have contacted icici they have said you will directly get money into your account from saraswat bank.

                                    I don't know what to do now.

                                      I m Deepa. my salary account with Saraswat Bank my home branch is Delhi Lajpat Nagar.i was very shocked when I received Debited message amount of Rs 10000/- 2 times debited.i immigiate check my debit card which was In my purse at same time.at that time I was in my office which is situated at Delhi model town dated on 18/07/2018.in between 2:33 to 2:35.amount withdrawl in haryana Gurgaon at same time.i didn't no what was happen.

                                        This is regarding my home loan applied in akola branch, I have initiated for my home in saraswat bank in month of may-2018, provided all the necessary document required for home loan, now it's being more than 50 days, and i have no idea when my loan will get approved even after providing with all the document, this loan i am taking to re construct my old home, because that home is too much older and can colaps at any time due to heavy rain, my family is staying in that home, i have taken another home on rent to shift my luggage and to start construction, but due to home loan is pending i am not able to shift, and paying unnecessary rent. now it's heavy rain in my home town akola (MH) and my family is facing water logging in my home, Requesting management to look into this and do the needful as i am needy person.
