Saraswat Bank — transaction failed but money deducted ([protected])

Hello,

I tried to do a transaction amounted rs 609 with amazon on 13th of june 2018 three times from my debit card but received a transaction failed error and my amount was deducted thrice rs 609 each time. Request you to please reverse my amount at your earliest.
