Sarathi.parivahan.gov.in — Not able to eSign the Application and KA51 RTO only accepts eSign application

My DL renewal Application No is [protected]. I am unable to eSign this. Once I click the form to eSign, it throws an error "this form is not required for the requested transaction". KA51 RTO only accepts eSign application.
Please help to resolve this.
