Hi Sir,
I have been found in Yamunanagar Nigdi, vegetables vendors gathering at handicapped school to sell their veggies to people.
Under lockdown period where we are not allowed to be step out and should not be gathered more than 5 people.
From 20 July 2020 on Monday this vendors are going against law and breaking rules by being at one place.

I kindly request you to please take some action against these vendors.

I applied for a learner's licence for gearless vehicle at age 16. The government website sarathi. Parivahan.gov.in rajasthan deducted my money for learner's licence and test as well. When i went there for test, they declined and said that the gearless learning license has been revoked by government for over a year. They didn't inform this on the website, nor did they inform it before the test. They declined it after i paid the 200rs as fees and now they are not refunding money. The office was rto jhalana, jaipur

On the payments page for driver's license, i entered the required details, and hit "calculate fee", it came to a total of rs.420. Selected "sbi" as the payment gateway and proceeded to the payment page. But due to some network issue, the payment could not be completed successfully.

Now every time i try to make a payment, it is showing the following error
"application is verifying with bank. Please press ok to continue"

After pressing ok, it does not show the payment page. I have tried making the payment a couple of times but every time i get the same message.

Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible. My learners license appointment is on 29/06/2020

I have applied for permanent driving licence and booked my test slot first on 25 december as there was no holiday mentioned on saathi site, on reaching the sub rto tehri the office was open but they said that no work will b done today, now i applied again and booked my slot on 6/03/2020 and again on reaching the department they said that we are on strike and no work will be done... If there is such problem either you should mention clearly it on your site or close your office, it is not possible for government employee to visit your department on daily basis.

Hello there, i appeared for my driving test on 27th of jan, 2020 and was informed that i will receive the printed dl within 2 weeks. My licence printing is stuck at the same stage for last 2 weeks!

I have to leave the country within 2 weeks time and i cannot cancel my appointments due to this lag!

A few days back i have applied for online driving licence renewal and i have succeeded and completed all the formalities along with the payment but didn't get any response so i went my rto and while submitting documents by them their system showed application is pending on one counter and application stage is on scrutiny stage on another counter, and in rto they were sending me from one counter to another counter, and now they are saying to submit application and fee again.

It has been 1 month now but my slot is not booking it shows an error i paid rs 200 as fee either they give me a slot or my money back. Their customer service is of no help they are not helping me this is a fraud website cause the slot is never booked if the slots were not free they shouldn't have charged the fee after payment the slot is not booked

I was going to pay my payment for learner licence and driver license of fees 900 but the website stopped working when i clicked on pay now option.. I tried again but it is showing payment pending now.. I tried payment verify status also but it is constantly showing these message"sorry..! We are unable to process your request now. Please try after sometime"
