I have purchased some furniture and blue star water dispenser on[protected], during deliver i was not provided the bill for water dispenser and furniture, but got the bills for half of the other materials, now the water dispenser is not working and i am unable to claim the warranty which will expire in august 2020, we have approached the store several times but were not treated properly and not provided with the bill and they are replying that the authorized signatory is not available. This is an unfair trade practice by a reputed trader . This put me in to great depression and mental agony.I WILL BE FORCED TO
APPROACH THE CONSUMER FORUM FOR DEFICIENCY OF SERVICE
AND CLAIM REPLACEMENT OF NEW DISPENSER WITH AN EXTENDED WARRENTY, BESIDES DAMAGES, DIRECT, INDIRECT AND CONSEQUENCES.

    I have purchased one dressing table and stool on 14 of march 2020 (Bill No.-PR/1920/326446) But today is 21 July I didn't received my product till now and I have called many times but still they are saying it will be deliver on Saturday but that Saturday not come till now. Last week on Monday I went there and I asked the status dn again he said last Saturday and one guy Mr.Saravanan gave his number also but now he blocked my no.please check this is not tolerable I want to return my money back

        Headlight was not put off by valet person. Battery went off and we cannot start the car. The manager mr. Palpandi is not able to communicate so he brings another person to argue and it is not helping us. We are been harassed and the kept on wait.

            Ac and bed bought on 15.3.2020. Not yet delivered. Bill no. Pa/1920/9094032 for the ac bought for rs.32782/- and for the bed vide bill no. Pa/1920/9094078 for rs.10186/- has not yet been delivered. The mentioned delivery date was 21.3.2020. A cot, ac and bed was purchased on 15.3.2020. Only the cot was delivered on 20.3.2020. Still the ac and bed are to be received.

              I bought a new fast track watch on june 2019. Now the watch is not running so i bring the watch to fast track service center but in that service center told that warranty card wrongly given i took the watch back to saravana stores porur where i bought it & they told that will rectify here itself but till now no response & said that wrong warranty card was i given watch 5th march till now no response please find the solution to my problem

                I have purchased a philips beared trimmer and the sales girl gave wrong description of the product and on her explanation i have purchased it... When i opened the box in front of her, the features of the trimmer was not good and i was asking to upgrade the model and ready to pay additional price but the supervisor behavior was very very bad and arrogant. He is not fit to deal with the customer and don’t have ability to speak politely.. I strong recommend to take very strict action against the brutal behavior o[censored]seless supervisor

                  I was buy product at Porur saravana store on 04/02/2020 .It is slipper, the slipper quality is very bad, while i wack even 1 km .It honing leg toe itching & scratches.It cause toe swelling & pumping, the Doctor said it is problem for wearing this slipper. Finely I approached on 08/02/2020 the saravana store service people they treat very badly . Even once said wearied material not legible for exchange. And even they treated badly like a thief. Refer the attachment. It is not only a exchange issue it is product issue . Kindly produce the people from the product .

                    We bought butterfly wet grinder in chrompet saravana stores. They gave defect wet grinder. We contact butterfly company. We asked replacement. First they told ok, then they told cant.. Then we went to saravana store and told the problem. We asked we are not satisfied your product and response too. We want our money back. We return the grinder. But they didn't give our money 7185.

                    Not a customer friendly. If we are facing any billing related issues, didn't get proper response from them(especially grocery section). They are keep on blaming us instead of rectify the issue. Workers behavior really worst if the issue is theirs.
                    Cot & the legs delivered different sizes. Worst response if we spoke.

                      Have ordered furniture and home appliances on 25th jan @ padi store. Delivery date would be 31st jan i. E today. Iam waiting from morning for delivery nobody called from saravana stores, if i called they said will delivery your goods as per schedule. Now time is 9:30 but goods not yet delivered. Now again called them and asked now they are telling sorry sir no stock will deliver it tomorrow. Such a irresponsible answer from them. I took leave from my office nad waiting for whole day now they are no stock. Goods worth is 1 lakh rupee. Worst service

                        The staffs keep promising with the false date and i have keep on following with them all the time. I have paid the full amount they are not responding properly too now.

                          They have damaged my car in valet parking. While entrance the bumper is clean without any marks but they deny to rectify stating they dont have the driver damaging the car video. Initially they agreed and made me to go home but in the phone call they started denying no proof of driver damaging the car. They dont accept the car is clean when it is entered.

                            We had purchased items worth 2000inr, and requested cotton bag to provide at ground floor. But they didn't agree to provide bag free of cost. They took 20rs from us and provided bag.. This is not acceptable.. They are providing bags with "saravana stores" name and it should be complementary. But they are making money like this too.. They should not sell bags without proper billing..

                              I purchased few furnitures here, which was good and okay for the price. However they could hire some professional for deliveries. Most of them were drunken with bad language. They harassed my family in the late night around 11:30 pm otherwise we have to pay the same delivery with double payment in the next week. However, the sales team told that delivery is possible by evening or tomorrow. The store manager (Gopal) also try to convince my family with hard mouth and insists to meet him in his store. I still have the bill and haven't received the goods yet. I am not sure whether m. D is aware of these things or he is supporting for the same issues. I am frustrated with these activities and is there any way to take actions?.

                                complaint on saravana store furniture padi for their bad service

                                It was a wort thing done by saravana store furniture padi.
                                We bought a dining table on dec 8 and they delivered on dec 13 but they mentioned on dec 12.
                                Finally we got a damaged thing and we are not satisfied.
                                It was a worst service ever. After that we reached manager and they said will change. But after that their reason was really worst. Please don't buy product from saravana store....

                                I have bought wooden chess coins at inr532 at last month. I placed them in storage with out checking it. At 3 days back i got them to play at that time only i noticed that one white coin missing. So i went today (Distance some what 60km) there we enquired any missing coins where they store all single missing coins separately. Then i contacted the staffs i told the narrative give coin i'm ready to pay instead of they are responsible for my missing coin but they told you need to buy again inr 532. What the hell i talked to floor manager same answer. I wasted my time with this fraud guys.

                                Saravana arul is disease to nadar community. They training employies to be rude to customers. I'm a nadar but asshamed to be. Lets see how he become famous without our support still other communities against him. I will personally handle to everyone hate this organization and arul.

And you guys will block our payments saying that we dint produce the bill. #cheatingsuppliers i need a response and i want to get my payments which was blocked due to your fault of employees. Please dont cheat the middle suppliers.
