Dear sir/madam,

I purchased milton bottle from porur sarvana store on 16th nov. 2019 and it was mixed with 1000 ml bottle in store. So i picked one which was 600 ml. And thought that it is 1000 ml. When i filled water at home then i found that capacity of bottle was less. So next day i went to store for exchange and was asking for 1000 ml. But store did not give me exchange. Kindly provide exchange for the bottle. I want 1000 ml. Not 600ml.

    car parking issues. don't park your inside the saravana stores car parking

    Dear friends yesterday evening we went for shopping at chrompet saravana stores. We gave our red swift for parking purpose to the executives. While we giving we don't have any scratches on front side top of the two wheels. While we taking from our home we noted well. While we get returning from them both the front sides are got spotted impressions and dents on my car. When we asked them and argue them they told while u bringing your car itself...

    I bought a wooden cot on oct 19 from saravana stores (T. Nagar) branch, it had some cusion in the head board, that cusion was very dirty and not fixed properly when they delivered. I had been complaining to that particular branch manager. Still i didn't get the replacement of that cusions. Each and every day i am complaining but there are telling will replace but still i am didn't get any response from them.

    61376 L Box Corner Sofa, Bill No. 220618/401, Date: 22/06/2018, Delivery Date: 29/06/2018, we have returned back the T box since it was damage. Till now we didn’t receive the T box for one and a half years.

      I had ordered a sofa on November 3 from Saravana Stores, Chrompet, and paid the full amount of INR 9385. Advance Receipt number 9843.

      Name of the item: Nesam Sofa, 3 seater, black color.

      The sofa was delivered on Nov 07, but it was torn in some places.

      The person (Mr. Ashok) who was present during the purchase informed that it will be packed properly and delivered, but that wasn't the case. As the material is rexine, it should have been properly packed and delivered.

      I sent a video of the damages to the saravana stores sales person who sold this sofa to me on the same day. I dint hear back anything from him until next morning. I had called the saravana stores customer care number[protected], but the call went unanswered multiple times during the day. Call was finally answered, and I spoke with Mr. Ashok, who informed that he will send the company person to stitch the torn areas without asking if I was looking for a replacement or a refund, without any concern for delivering a damaged sofa.

      Why cant saravana stores take care of the products that they deliver to their customers? Why is that the customer is not treated the way he/she has to be treated?

      I would like saravana stores guys to come and take the damaged sofa and deliver a new one or take it and issue a full refund.

        I have done transaction from saravana stores on 4 nov2019 through my indian bank atm card of amount rs 865. The card was swiped two times, first time transaction was failed but the amount was deducted for failed transaction. They told me that amount will be refund by next day. I had waited for two days but i didn't received that deducted amount so far.

          We had bought a cot from madly road saravana stores on 15.03.2019.
          The cot was fixed on the same date when it was delivered.
          Within a few days after fixing the cot it started to wobble. We have complained time and again to the store their response is very poor. They have been saying today tomorrow but till date the complaint is not attended.
          The cot legs have become loose and it is very difficult to use them. This is very atrocious from the store that no response have been given to the customer.

            Recently purchased a sofa from saravana store. They displayed a different sofa quality. They asked me to pay complete 31500 rupees and order. They delivered a sofa which is very bad quality than what was displayed in shop. Also they didn’t provide any bill for it. Now they are not even picking up my phone calls. Please don’t let such people to grab money from poor people

              We bought one tv stand and 4chairs from saravana stores, porur. They said delivery charges are same for both items at store but on the delivery day they took delivery charges differently for both the items. This is not at all fair. That's completely cheating from saravana stores. Apart from delivery charges if good's delivery is in 1 or 2 floor extra charges will be added based on product. For chairs they took 50 rs extra. Total of 250 + 50 for chairs
              Delivery.

                Hiii... Dear sir/mam i went sarvana to buy eatables products not the 1st time mostly i used to visit over their to buy products... But this time i went to buy popicorn it’s a popcorn from their i have paid done billing everything after coming to my place just taken one byte and in that no taste no crispyness was their nd after seeing’ the date find its expired.. Was shocked that sarvana selling like this products and we are trusting and buying the products and like this we have to face this issues this was my 3rd time have experienced but this time i am seriously saying take some actions towards this i don’t want to spoiled their name but always this happens and no one do anything... Hope you won’t be do the same and take some good steps for the public who buying the products anything it can be and hope you will do some needful... Thank you

                  Chrompet Saravana stores is very good service regularly I buy all items for home and clothes also but today my birthday yesterday my husband buy on one chuithur that is xl but I confort xxl today morning I am go for the return but ur staff very very local particularly the manager is very worst person I meet in my life year after don't come ur waste shop please ur shop name change into worst shop Chrompet

                    Last friday[protected], i went to saravana store at 6:30 pm. I have hanover my wagonr vehicle to elevating team then went to mall inside. After purchase i went to elevator parking to get my vehicle. Here the elevator team done mistake not operating the elevator properly the bed was inclined drop and my car was hit on front shetter and found damage on rear body/2 light/back lock i am really upset regarding this accident made by saravana store.

                      Worst services from staffs. Playful not able deliver on time 8686 bill no. They have received my product and given to other customer. Staff very cool says forgot us.
                      Suppose to deliver my product on 28th jun 19. Still is pending and say they product which came we have given to walkin customer.

                      They are more valuable customer itseems.

                      I ve paid entire amount, but deliver 15 days. Its sucks saravana brand name

                          We bought voltas ac, bill # 48440 on 8/5/2019. We were waiting for installation by taking leave to office. But installation request to voltas was raised from saravanan store on 11/5/2019 4pm. We called saravanan store customer care for clarification, but we have been shuttled to different phone numbers, but nothing's solved.

                          Finally we were diverted to mr. Selvam to speak about it. We have completely shocked by his irresponsible answer.

                          So i request you to fix your administration, and help us to shop smoothly.

                            As per law, covers with promotional brand should not be sold for cost

                              On account of purchase helicopter, which is required 6 battery, we purchase battery charger sony with one year warranty. Both not working whithin very next day play on 20/04/2019 we come direct to shop. The manager of concern not ready accept the birth material and after two hours / 1 year warranty - the accept to send sony

                              I bought a sofa in saravana store furniture...2 years ago..yesterday i came to buy alternative sofa cover for it..but unfortunately after trying it on my sofa, i found that the cover was 1 inch short...to fit on the cushion...so i want to exchange my sofa covers in the furniture store.is it possible?

                                I bought a kids turban for rs. 435 while getting i said size problem is there ill exchange, but these ppl didn't inform there was no exchange for this product, when i came to exchange they behaved in a very rude manner telling no exchange, on top of that when i asked for manager they told me to contact reception, one guy named siva came and told its our mistake not to inform u that there is no exchange but we cant exchange he said blindly and left, is this the way u treat a customer really pathetic behavior.

                                I purchased a Bar stool for Rs 3007 on 25.11.18. Within 2 months it was broken and became unfit for use. I contacted several times for servicing, but till today no one came for attending. They have given a mobile number to contact Mari, that person is not even ready to hear the problem. very irresponsible staff.
                                Bought a classic polo t shirt...Found damaged inside...Need to be replaced...

                                  Worst experience with salesman, they are not allowing us to take hang bags with us even if we carry a month old kids with us... We are treated very badly and this is insulting us.. We are not been allowed to shop.. Is this is the way you treat costomers.

                                  Please do learn costomer friendliness. We are not getting products free of cost we do pay for it..

                                  If you do not know how to run businesses please refer other shop we don't face this issues in other shops

                                    refund for the goods as I was charged twice from my atm

                                    I was charged twice for my shopping, the staff said that the amount will be refunded in 3 working days but now it's almost a month and I didn't got my refund my order was of 550 and I got a message twise that 1100 has been deducted from my account. I am very old customer of Saravana store, this was really disappointing for me. Kindly check the dectine order in March month and kindly process my refund....
