I bought the furniture for my House. We ordered and came and the next the goods are delivered. We called but there is no proper response. We went and complaint to the manager. Bur he told his inability.

For fitting also they were not responding properly. Still I am waiting for my office table to be fitted. so friends kindly dont buy any of the such items in saravana stores - Madley road t.nagar branch...

Poor quality from Saravana stores

We bought a iron bed from Saravana stores furniture in Saravana Furniture - Shop No. 3, Abdul Razzak Street, Tambaram West, Chennai[protected]. And told that 6 month warranty is there .Saravana stores had delivered iron bed on next day . After two day that bed is damaged.i took the bed and reached to the stores , no response and still it is not repaired. Please dont buy items at cheaper...

I purchased Samsung 1 ton AC from saravana stores T nagar Mately road on 15/3/2011. and it is not working at all. when i reached samsung they told that it is just within a month so i have to reach only saravana stores but they havent turned up and not even responded. when i tried calling them they dont even pick the call. and the online service also equally worst....
