I had bought one SSNNL deep discount bond of Rs. 1, 11, 000/- for Rs. 3600/-in 1995 and it had to be redeemed in January, 2014.( No:483321). i have not received the discharge form till today.
Pl let me know the status of the above bond and the procedure to redeem it.

        I have downloaded the form 26 as on 29th june 2016 and saw two tds amount us 194a being deducted by tan deductor no. Ahms08599d, which belonged to sardar sarovar narmada nigam limited.
        I do not hold any bod from this company.
        The two tds amount is rs 497 with transaction date as 31st mar 2016 and date of booking 22nd april 2016 and the another amount being rs 1012 with transaction dated 18th feb 2016 and date of booking being 22nd april 2016.
        After searching the site for contact number. I called their board numbers who provided me a phone number of mahesh jadhav who is responsible for filing of tds. His mobile number is [protected]. I told him that i will provide my pan number under which this tds amount is showing. The person was extremely rude and was not ready to listen at all and clearly declared that no correction is possible.

              I am varsha verma d/o late sh. Roo chand r/o 20c, pkt. F1, hari nagar, new delhi-11064 holding definitive deep discount bond of sardar sarovar narmada nigam ltd. Vide certificate no. 358427, folio no. 369811 dtd. 8.04.95 which was due for redemption on maturity on 11.1.2014. Despite many reminders and complaint no. Darpg/e/2015/01145 dtd 29.01.2015, i have not received any refund. It is matter of β€œgrave concern”. Kindly, initiate an appropriate action to get release the refund amount at the earlist.

                        I am writing this complaint with lot of hope justice will be done. I purchased deep discount bond on 11th jan 1994 having face value of rs 111000 and this amount was due for redemption on 11 th jan2014.As per promissory note issued by ssnnl. However sssnl paid only rs50000 in feburary2014. Details of bond sent to ssnnl are.

                        No of bond. 1
                        Issue price. Rs 3600
                        It is shocking that govt of gujrat cheated the poor investors illegally as per the terms rs 50000 was payable in jan2014. Wht the gujrat government kept the amount with them from jan 2009 onwards. Court have also held that government must pay rs 111000 to investors who waited for long 20 years.

                              sardar sarovar narmada nigam ltd. of issue price rs 3600 and face
                              value of Rs 1, 11, 000 .through public issue 07th day of January 1995 .I came to
                              know through some other person that the company issued a notice in the
                              newspaper regarding the redemption of these bonds before time.but I dont
                              have any information regarding this change in the company policy and
                              thereby did not recieved any notice or information regarding this.So

                                  I sent the photocopies of the above captioned bonds by registered post acknowledgement due in april 2015 itself for bond nos sighted above for redemption along with a request to note the change of address (Adhar card proof for address) and bank a/c no for encashment.To ssnl block #2 new sachivalaya complex, gandhinagar, gujarat 382010, on 2nd april 2015.But till today i have not received any response from them. Please let me know how to encash the same. Need your help to get this resolved.
