Hi team,

We filed an online enquiry on how to redeem the ddb as despite of several attempt to contact ssnl official number no one was picking the call, then we recieved an email to submit the below mentioned documents from "[protected]@gmail.com" for redemption of ddb. On enquirying the person said they are the representative of the ssnl & they are responsible for redemption. Pfb, the list of documents:
1. Original bond certificate with back side signature
2. Pan card xerorx
3. Bank pass book xeror copy
4. One bank cancel cheque

We submitted to docs & send to add: nitai dey & company, rakhya kali tala, post bankura, district-bankura, west bengal-722101

Then we recieved an email from nitai dey stating we need to pay rs. 25, 000/- in favour of 'sima dey' in order to recieve our payment.

We want to know the reason why we need to again send rs.25000 when our policy has already got matured on 11th jan-2014. Registered folio no.: sn 387307, certificate number-379908.

We request you this is my policy with name-nutan sinha, we have already submitted the original documents, so kindly make redeem my bond in my account & not on others account.

I have purchased a deep discount bond issue price 3600/- and maturity price amount rs 111000/- after 20 years. The nigam pay only 50000/- on 25/03/2014 vide warrant no 346988. I have bought this bond in 1993, even though it was matured in 2014 I haven't been able to claim the bond due to living away from India, now we are living in India, can you please advise how to claim this bond? All the documents submitted by Regd. Post on 12.3.2015 to H. O., Gandhi agar. Since then, at least 25 mails are exchanged with false assurances. The redemption was due on 11.1.2014 which is due yet after 2.5 years.

I have downloaded the form 26 as on 29th june 2016 and saw two tds amount us 194a being deducted by tan deductor no. Ahms08599d, which belonged to sardar sarovar narmada nigam limited.
I do not hold any bod from this company.
The two tds amount is rs 497 with transaction date as 31st mar 2016 and date of booking 22nd april 2016 and the another amount being rs 1012 with transaction dated 18th feb 2016 and date of booking being 22nd april 2016.
After searching the site for contact number. I called their board numbers who provided me a phone number of mahesh jadhav who is responsible for filing of tds. His mobile number is [protected]. I told him that i will provide my pan number under which this tds amount is showing. The person was extremely rude and was not ready to listen at all and clearly declared that no correction is possible.
