I, K. Chandrasekhar wish to state that I had invested in SSNNL Bonds in my minor child's name K. VAMSIDHAR and was allotted (2 nos) bonds through the Letter of Allotment communication No. 209298 dated 11.01.1994. The Registered Folio No. of the SSNNL Bond is SN 209298 with Distinctive Nos. 146596 to 146597.
Subsequently I changed the residential address from H.No. 1-8-474, Neear Sri Venkateswara Temple, Chikkadpally, Hyderabad-500020 and moved to my permanent residence at H.No. 1-2/24, Lake View Enclave, Near SMR Metropolis, Miyapur, Ranga Reddy District, Hyderabad-500049 and staying at the above address since 1998. Consequent to change of address I could not get any communications with regard to the above bonds and neither I pained to intimate about my change of address.
Further, I wish to state that I have not received any Certificates in this regard and holding the original Letter of Allotment.
Recently, I have gone through the website of the Company and realised to know that the Company has already decided to redeem the bonds with effect from[protected].through the Notice uploaded on the site. Further I am unable to download the attached Proforma as mentioned in para (3) of the Notice.
Kindly advise further to redeem the bonds. My son is a matured now and completed 31 years of age. Enclosing a copy of his 10th Class Pass Certificate issued by the State Board will be sufficient as token of proof of his date of birth and age.
