we express grate concern and most anxious about the fate of handing over of our alloted unit M6/201 phase 4 Crescent ParC, dewy terrances, OMR Chennai.
The unit agreement dated 18/10/2012
UDS property registered on 31/05/2013
Bank loan from SBI Anna Nagar, Chennai Rs.20.84 lacs availed to meet the project cost and paying EMI Rs.20382/- from June 2014 onwards. Equitable Mortgage created on property unit on 27/07/2013.
however, the unit is not handed over and the works incomplete.
demand immediate response from the company.

I had booked 2 BHK Maxima Flat in spring view heights ( Gaziabad) as a few of my relatives had already booked in this project. Earlier the date of possession was August 2017 & further delayed by 1 year & now Feb 2020 as per Rera. Since last one year Sare had stopped depositing PEMI amount in my account. When we tried to contact relationship managers got to know that they had quit company.Tried to contact their sales head & other by email but no response on project details.
Few months back got payment request by Sare mentioning completion of super structure of F tower & further promise to continue construction, thus paid the amount. But they have again stopped it & there is no time frame when they will complete it.Tried to contact relationship manager & got to know he has not been paid by Sare for last 4 months.

Sare group is not giving any assurance to its customer on when & how they are going to complete the project.

I booked flat at spring view heights Nh24 Ghaziabad in the year 2013 delivery of which is yet to be given.SARE Homes, f703, spring view heights.
Neither the management is giving assurance nor it appears from the sight that it is going to be completed in near future.
Various mails by me are not being responded by them.No update is being by the builder. I am keep on paying Installment for the Bank loan

I have purchased a flat in Sare Homes Sector 92 under subvention scheme. SBI has funded 80 % and my is 20%.
Whatever the conditions of Building structures were in 2015 and the same status is as of now.

As per the contractual agreement they are supposed to pay pre EMI to bank till possession.
Unfortunately they stopped this and not paying for more than 5 months.

Please advise how to get rid from this.

I have booked a flat in sare homes sports parc gurgaon in feb 2017 under subvention scheme. Since booking there is no any construction on site and no any update on further construction. Called many times to their office for construction update but every time they come will some new excuse, so it seems it's a big fraud and waste of money to invest fin sare homes money. I don't know why banks are funding and giving loan for this project which is under construction since 2014 and not even a single brick work started over there.

I have booked a villa from sare in sare gst project and following up on the same since last 5years but there is no update on construction status from sare management. Also, sare is not paying the pre emi interest since last couple of months and not even picking our calls and neither responding to our mails. We have invested close to 20 lacs in their project but they are not even picking our calls and neither responding to your mails.

We are being harassed to the core and now we are in deep financial crunch so request you to please look into this case and provide fair resolution.

Mr saravanan, vineet, jamuna, mahesh.. We have mailed to all but no one care of customer and there only intention is to take as much money from customer as they can

I had booked the flat in march 2013 and paid advance of 10.0 lacs and then applied for loan under subvention scheme with hdfc bank.

Paid promptly every request last so may years and possession promised in mid 2016 is complete and further 2&1/2 years have elapsed.

Pre - emi interest has started last two years and from this financial year 2018-19 except two months no payment has been made.

Hdfc also confirmed that sare homes is not taking further disbursement of loan and are not constructing.

How shall we book this company under rera? None of them respond.

I invested in spring view heights ghaziabad 5 years back under subvention plan. They have stopped reimbursement since june 2018. Please let me know when will it be started again. I don't have enough money now to pay interest. They just paid in oct but again they stopped it in nov. Project is also being delayed by 3 years. I am afraid of loosing hard earned money. Please resolve it as soon as possible.

Maintenance agency people (Jll & sare) not dong there duty properly. No body picking phone. None of representative seating in office. No cleaning from last 45 days. Online meter reading check app not working, cam charge and electric bill statement not sending on time. No security, garbage and street dog roaming everywhere.... And many more.!
Major points are as follows,

1. Cctv cameras are under grade, 90% not working and no monitoring system
2. Boundary walls are not completed.
3. Main gate not completed.
4. All the service providers (Security services, jll, j&j etc) are not doing there job in proper manner
5. General repairing of the towers which got seepage as water overflow leads to the same due to non-availability motorized valves or faulty motorized valves, & all the motorized valves to be repaired or changed.
6. Stray dogs roaming society as they are a biggest nuisance we are facing these days.
7. Internal roads have not been maintained for ages. Many pot hole even children and elder can not walk.
8. Delay in the payment to the service providers (Dhbvn) leads to additional burden of surcharge over the residents
9. Proper operation functioning and maintenance of the expenses of service staff separately for phase - i, ii & iii, iv as it leads to identify the exact cost burden over the different phases separately in proportion.

I am not getting response to my e-mail or call on customer service no. The company has stooped paying interest to my home loan account.

I haven't receive any communication from the SAARE Home regarding current status of the construction.
I checked my loan account and there is a big Gap in the SINGLE SIDED REPA- LOAN INTT.
The Last payment was made in May 2018.
Actually I lost my pervious HP and contact numbers.
Could please update me on the Loan interest transfer, Construction update and potential handover date of the Unit.

Myself aparna, we have booked a villa in gst. Under subvention. Plan. It's been 4 years but. No. Progress on the construction. The sare team members are not responding to. Calls or mails
There is inordinate delay insle the pre emi. Interest.
Kindly look into this matter as we are totally harassed and want justice.

Please make the pre emi interest as per the commit date asap

I am thinking to file cheating and fraud case

I have called and sent email to c. Sarvanan, jamuna, selva but all seems knowingly not responding.

I think in this fraud hdfc bank also involved, usually they issue loan only for clean property and sare is worst how come they issued loans

I am sure they are not going to refund as i read here

If you are the person who expect an ethic response, good post purchase attitude - Then SARE Homes is not the right builder-
They have the ### post sales service ever I have face in my life.
their people are so rude and doesn;t know the ethical way - how to treat their customer.
Once you booked your home with home - It will became the nightmare to get the other things done. Or get your question answered.
If you planning or dreaming to buy a home - then go for some other builder ( a group of good people ) who really cares for you even after you paid all the amount.

We have booked a villa in share gst project in 2014 and till date there has been no progress on construction and no date of possession. They have to failed to provide possession in the date they committed. Also, the property is under subvention plan but they are not paying the pre interest emi on time and inspite of repeated reminders over call or email they are not responding. This kind of harassment is not acceptable. Ms jamuna, saravanan, mahesh these people from sare are not at all responding not honoring to any commitments

I booked a villa.in sare gst project chennai. Its been last 4 years but no progress in construction. I have been trying to reach jamuna, mahesh and saravanan but no response from their end. It's really harrassing that they are not paying preinterest emi also on time... Jamuna asked to talk to md but mr vineet is no responding to any calls or emails. It looks like after mr shoumitro departure from the company no one is honoring any commitments and just harrassing customers. This kind of attitude is no acceptable. Please help to resolve our issues

I have a unit in spring view heights ghaziabad, company assured in written that till the time of possession the pre emis will be credited to my account.
From last 3 months pre emis have not been credited, and 4th month is approaching, no one is responding to emails or phone. There is no construction going on site. It looks like another amrapali scam. I have called them several times and emailed them 50 times at least asking for the same, but no response.

I am an adviser to your company under manager mr. Manish rajpoot, for last one year, more than one year, i have met him my client who finalized a deal in amritsar, purchase a plot of 180 sq. Yards and he promised me that my pay out will be transferred to my account after the deal, now deal is closed, my client has taken the registry, but he is delaying me by saying today, tomorrow, after a a weak now i want a way out to get my payout, he is not co-operating,

I booked 2 bhk flat 1090 square feet in april 12 but the same is not yet delivered till dated 7-8-2018 where the delvery date was january 2016. The sare home committed to pay the balance amount 80 % at the time of possession after payment of 20 %. Now the sare home has not paid the emi for last three months as a result of which the icici bank has lien marked all my bank accounts of icici due to non deposit of pre emi in icici bank account. I am calling sare home housing loan customer care but no response at all. If any body picks up the call and explained me that the amount will be deposited shortly but no payment is made till dated. There is no response /reply against the mail sent to hare homes.
They are totally fraudulent.

I had booked flat in april 2014 and under pemi and cancelled in june 2016. I have been following since then but no refund given. Now they sare samaag stooped pemis and nor picking call, responding emails. Please help me getting refund. They are harassing due the same my health is also deteriorating stress, trauma, hypertension and anxiety. No one is listening. They have all nexus and-muscle power. Please help

I have booked a 2bhk flat of sare homes sec 92, gurgaon with an amount of 8 lacs I have put my case for withdraw money due to the project was delayed more than 1.5 year and also suddenly the size & price increased which i cant afford in my budget. Since last 4 Yrs of rigorous follow ups with sare team, personally on site and duet house, emails to sare offcials, telephonic but till date no response. Every time a new date has ben given and nothing happen on that date. all the required consents and documents has been submitted in hard print personal and through emails for the withdraw but no progress of refund yet.
