Dear Team, This is regarding the project Sports Parc sector 92, Gurgaon. We have visited the site at sec-92, Gurgaon with SARE homes sales representative Mr.Ajay Kumar who later on joined by his manager Mr.Rahul Srivastava. Since we were showing some interest therefore Ajay has forced us to give a cheque of Rs.50, 000/- to block unit # A1-0703. On the next day itself, we have shown our dissent that we don’t want to continue with this booking therefore please don’t proceed and return our cheque (#[protected], Central Bank of India, Lado Sarai, New Delhi) and personal detail documents. Now, post that even Ajay/Rahul presented our cheque to bank and get it cleared on 5th July to SARE homes and we have given a reason that this has happened by mistake and within 1-2 days, it will be refunded. Since then, We are continuously following up with Ajay & Rahul, written several emails and even visited SARE Homes Head Office in many occasions but nobody is ready to hear us.
Even am continuously following up with Mr. Vineet Yadav (Area Head) on regular basis and always been given false promises. I don't understand how can such a big company can fraud people with a minuscule amount of 50k. Please help me since it has been 3 months and you have already harassed me and family a lot.
