After trying lots of phone calls and messaging no one picking the phone calls and reply over the message.
One more Stereotype template reply from a spoiled customer care rep
Company is not ready to refund those customer who is not eligible for bank loan. Lots of customers money is kept in suspence account. And also company is not giving customer discount and commision.

No one is giving responce. It is a black spot of fdi company.
Need to audit company suspence account and those customer who is in bock with money and also not eligble for bank loan. Why company is keeping his/her money without any reason.
After trying lots of phone calls no one giving responce regarding customers refunding money. Even those customer and advisor commision and gold company has commited last from one year till the time not given.

    This is the 2nd complaint I am making after 2015, after so much of push through Consumer Forum and through different source Sare has started construction in 2016 of A block, they have completed 14 houses on Front side which will be Visible and left the back side houses, and mine comes at the back side
    I have payed 90% 3 years back and I am yet to get the Possession
    Its really Painful

Why you have collected 80-90% of the money by 2014 and stopped after completing 75% of the construction work. You want everyone to cancel the property out f frustration so that you can get 10% of extra money for cancellation apart from the EMIs we have paid due to your inefficiency and you would sell the villas for higher rate...Remember we have booked in 2012 and waiting for 5 years and you are sucking the hard earned money of middle class, Karma will come back and haunt you who are working with SARE

      Hi,

      I have booked the project in the late 2013 for Expandable villas with Sare Homes chennai omr.

      Its been around 3.5 years and there is no progress in completion of the project. I had a chance to visit the construction site regularly. For the name sake the buildings are raised up-to some level and left unattended.

      The iron roads in the pillar are getting rusted due to sun and rain, the cement bricks are left open and getting wasted.

      Very much disappointed on seeing this and i completely doubt their quality in building. Houses are meant to be built for long duration's. But, with their delay and poor maintenance, i am very much irritated.

        I will never recommend anyone to buy a property here.

        Booking:
        Booked a Villa in SARE Meadowville Township, GST, Chennai - "C-49" - Expandable Villa Type on July 2014 under an assurance that the handover would be on October 2014. House was built 75% by that time.

        Delayed/No Handover:
        Possession/Handover got postponed to 9 times till today. Current handover date is March 2017. After July 2014 till today no work has been done. If anybody want to challenge I have the video I took on July 2014 and can compare it with the current state. SARE never informs the delay unless you ask them.

        Poor/dishonest responses from the staff and No transparency:
        Every time I visit Chennai, I have to go to SARE office and meet Chennai Operations Head to get the progress. He always gives a date which is 3 months from that day of meeting. When I ask for a mail confirmation, he will say he is travelling to Delhi the next day and will send the mail next week but that next week will never come. None of the time they will tell what is the reason for the delay.

        Ineffective CRM Team:
        When you try to reach out to SARE customer care(a.k.a CRM Team), they will redirect us to the same Chennai head again.Even for this comment they will ask me to contact the customer care, upon which I would be redirected to Chennai Ops Head, he will tell the same old story. So this is like a loop where you wont get any answer.

        Resource shortage at site:
        People in the site are saying that SARE has very limited resources because of that they are not completing the tasks on time.

        Note to CRM Team SARE:
        If you are going to reply to this message, Kindly do not reply with your template message asking me to call your CRM Hotline number. Because you will eventually ask me to talk to Head of Chennai Operations and he is going to tell me it will take another 3 months.

        KINDLY REPLY ME WITH A HONEST ANSWER FOR THE CAUSE OF DELAY and ACTUAL POSSESSION DATE.

          I am a resident at SARE Homes, Crescent Parc, Dewy Terraces, Chennai. There has been not light in the lift at H6 block since 3 months in spite of calling the maintenance several times and also informing who ever comes to do service the lift. Even the service engineer seems to be helpless since the management is not providing the lights. We use the lift completely dark.

          Have to risk using the lift at times without knowledge for any snakes that may crawl inside since the lift doors will be open for more than 50 seconds in the ground floor when a user comes out from any above floor.

          Fed up with your so called service.

            I own a villa in SARE Meadow ville, there is no security at all in the communit.
            The worst community ever in Chennai.
            we are choosing the gated community only for security reason, but no proper security in this community. No bench around the community. Anyone one can come inside without any one permission.
            Thief also entered into the community and broke three house doors and stolen the things from the house and also threatened the people with knife.
            Also lot of snakes entering into the community.

            NO SAFE FOR LIVING IN SARE MEADOW VILLE community.

            Some one from SARE HOME take necessary action or will file a case against SARE HOMEs

              1. Yesterday (11/07/2016) thief entered into one of our neighbor villa in SARE HOMES, SINGAPERUMAL KOIL. He broke the door and entered and threatened him and asked money. Later he escaped. I don't see any securities covered the villa. You guys are BRANDED builders. I dint expect...

              Dear Team, This is regarding the project Sports Parc sector 92, Gurgaon. We have visited the site at sec-92, Gurgaon with SARE homes sales representative Mr.Ajay Kumar who later on joined by his manager Mr.Rahul Srivastava. Since we were showing some interest therefore Ajay has forced us to give a cheque of Rs.50, 000/- to block unit # A1-0703. On the next day itself, we have shown our dissent that we don’t want to continue with this booking therefore please don’t proceed and return our cheque (#[protected], Central Bank of India, Lado Sarai, New Delhi) and personal detail documents. Now, post that even Ajay/Rahul presented our cheque to bank and get it cleared on 5th July to SARE homes and we have given a reason that this has happened by mistake and within 1-2 days, it will be refunded. Since then, We are continuously following up with Ajay & Rahul, written several emails and even visited SARE Homes Head Office in many occasions but nobody is ready to hear us.
              Even am continuously following up with Mr. Vineet Yadav (Area Head) on regular basis and always been given false promises. I don't understand how can such a big company can fraud people with a minuscule amount of 50k. Please help me since it has been 3 months and you have already harassed me and family a lot.

                I hold unit no: t09-1902 sare greenparc-crescent parc, sector - 92 - gurgaon.

                I want to know the status of my flat. When will the possession be offered to us.

                Every time i call customer care they give me a new date of possession. Earlier it was in the month of march -2016, then june - 2016 then dec-2016 now they are telling mar - 2016

                That is also tentative. The whole year of 2015 was also went like this only counting on dates.

                The possession of flat is delayed by more than two years as on date as per the builder buyer agreement. Sare team should pay the penalty as per bba due to delay in possession.

                Request you to please provide me the exact date of possession, also when builder is going to pay penalty for this delay?

                  I had booked a flat at Sare Homes Cresent Parc, Phase 3, long back but there is no information from the developer on when possession will be given which was due in 2015. The response received from Sare customer care is meaningless.
                  Also construction is not going on since the past 1 year.
                  I want to know from the developer when will be the possesion given.

                  I really don't have a clue when they would resume the construction... every time getting some lame excuses.
                  I have paid 37 lakhs... just 5 more lakhs left out. but construction work is stand still since more than 2 yrs.
                  don't know how they gonna compensate...
                  do you know someone who has approached court for arbitration ??

                    I booked the flat in crescent parc green parc in 2010. It was booked in pre launch. It was told that i will get the flat in 3yrs from approval. It's been six years and every time procession date gets delayed. I'm paying rent and emi. I am double jacked here. I visited the site two times in the last 2weeks, wrote to thei customer care and also india md, ceo david walker, there is no response. I was amazed to see the sports parc project which started an year ago came up so fast. Basically since 90% of the money is recovers from us, the interest of these builders seem to be lost in this project and more in sports parc from where they will get money. Honestly, i feel cheated. I chose the builder only basis the completion history. The rs.5/- per sft as compensation is nothing when compared to lakhs i'm paying as rent and interest. I need the flat done immediately and compensated for all the money lost.

                    The quality of construction is worse than local builders. Layers of cement and paint are already coming out of their royal greens project. The drains are loose and stinky in their high rise buildings.

Living in Gurgaon and paying rent as well as EMI, in the hope that soon I would get possession of my property. What's more, each time you call, they as for an extension of six months :( . I think we should consider a legal recourse

                      More than 4 years still house not handovered to us . every time when we ask they will say the same reason we are working and they are good builders. you pay a lot of interest and they will not give the house back. still now no update when they are going to start the construction only option to approach legally.

                      everytime we call them they will approach us that they will begin the construction soon but still now there is no update. we have called and sent many mails and there is no update on our construction

                        We bought our sare villa in meadow villa singaperumal kohl in august 2013. All the payments as per their policy has been received by them upto 20%. The project had to be finished by dec 2015 and no work has been done just plain ground. Visited the site for past 3 years and same story. We have asked for the refund and no response from the delhi team.

                        There is no need to contact your CRM team we have visited the Chennai local office August first week and the response was no idea from Delhi office of when they can return the money, you say that your CRM call center guys would have answers that's a good joke on a public forum get real u guys. Your CRM team is just a joke... When you collect money from us there are specific date given to pay, but when it comes for you to return it coz of your inability to fullfill your commitment you have no dates and no idea...

                        We are just a middle class family who have given our hard earned and saved money to these people and waited for 3 year, we don't know how much this forum can reach and how serious these complaints are taken. But I have seen them marketing for their next villas and I don't want more people to be fooled by them and take public money for granted.

                        Okay now, we contacted your CRM team complaint has been registered as usual and they asked us to contact the Chennai office, they are the only one who can help us it seems so you are playing with us.. great.

                          The area is looking good only in the means of view.

                          Other maintenance or not up to the mark,

                          First thing there is no proper security system, such a big area in singaperumal kovil the security does not bother who ever comes inside the site and goes. Only if some high profile visits happen they are in charge. For example last week some of the heads visited from delhi, that day we where shocked to see the security's attitude, that never happens.
                          Basic thing they are not even bother about switching on even lights when its dark. At present there are only two streets which is occupied, even in that street they are not taking care.

                          Maintenance wise they ask us to write in the register which is kept in the reception office. But there is no use of writing in that no action is taken and we are facing the wireing issue in our house and it is more that three weeks and still there is no permanent solution given.

                          This is the case all the house owners are complaining about the maintenance. This is the case there is the question for what we have to pay the maintenance fee month on month.

                            I have been booked villa in sare home singaperumal project on may 2014. At the time of booking builder given commitment that project will be complired and hand over the key on december 2014. Even after two year of booking with sare homes,, builders are giving only excuses every time when i step in to their office or through mail. Finally i have approached for cancellation of booking on december 2015 and they accepted my cancellation kit on april 2016 with basis of loan amount to be refunded with in 2 to three months. Still there is no response or proper feed back from builder.. Builder given commitment that its fdi investment and no need to pay full amount until handing over the key. Where as builder asked money of on immediate basis with commitment of handing over the key on immediate basis. I have been paid 90 % of the builing value on feb 2015. No revert no feed back..

                            Sare Chennai CRM team is a joke. Even I have cancelled my unit F3202 in GST after 3 years delay. I cancelled in Feb 2016 and still have not got a refund. On top of this they even dont commit when we will get refund. Only way to get is filing a suit in the appropriate forum. They make only false promises.

                              I booked a ville in sare's meadow ville project in gst chennai in january 2012. It was supposed to be handed over to by max of 18 months time. But days rolled out and now it is more than 4 and half years now there is no sign of any hand over. Every time when we approach the builder they always say because of this reason or that reason there is some delay in construction. But we shall hand over the property very soon. While booking they have assured that this is a fdi funded project and there will be no delay in the handing over the possession. But till now no updates. What ever the contact numbers provided from time to time also found either switched off or the contact person himself switching over to some other company.
                              I have availed huge loan from the banks and paying a hefty sum of interest without any benefit.
                              Is there any other customers like me available here? I want to consult others also so that we can collectively take some legal action against the erring bulider.

                                Dear sare homes,

                                Two years 3 months and still waiting. not even a single development in the sare homes gst project, singaperumal koil.

                                I have booked a villa with sare homes gst project, singaperumal koil on april 2014. while booking the villa, i was told that construction will be completed by sep 2014 and when i verified i saw the building construction was almost completed. only thing was left is plumping, wiring, flooring, tiles laying etc.. which they said can be completed within 2 to 4 months. from booking date within 3 - 6 months registration has to be done, it was hurried to finish the registration by jan 2015. but after registration everytime i visit the place, i can't see even a single rock moved in the site. then i was given a mail saying that villa handover will be done by september 2015 including the buffer time of 6 months, after which compensation will be provided. september also passed and not a single improvement happened in the whole place. when i asked about the compensation i was told that compensation will be given as a total sum while handover time. now its 2016 july, still no improvements in the construction. as usual again they have given a fake promise to handover the villa by december 2016.

                                I read so many news about sare homes receiving best builder awards in the northern india. such a reputed builder should show the responsibility to keep the reputation across the india. its very unprofessional and unethical to leave the customers in so much pain. i would like to request sare homes to keep their promises and timeline intact.

                                Now that rajya sabha has passed real estate bill on 10th march 2016, those builders who haven't met their promises will have to complete all their construction before march 2017.

                                Please look into this issue which is diminishing your reputation.

                                  Dear hopeful sare home owners
                                  This is not my first complaint i have been sending sare care team emails since my last payment on completion of plumbing, flooring & tile works back in march 2015, for my flat in green parc tower 8 sector 92 gurgaon, several requests were made to give me architecture certificate and possession date for the last 14 months they been giving same answer (construction in full swing) and now they don't even reply to my email as i live in uk i came to india and visited the site twice but i was not allowed to see my flat, the only way to beat this kind of evil practice is if all or most of home buyers get togeather and have one voice, i have lost complete faith in sare homes, please include me in if there is any group thinking of taking legal action against this builder.

                                  Than to Sare Team for your quick respond to my complaint dated 9.7.16 unfortunately you have been giving me the same answer for the last two years (NO ANSWER)

                                  I think sending emails to Sare Home after you paid 90% of the payment is waste of time I personally believe Green ParC in Sector 92 will not be completed in less than 3 to 4 years

                                  The only way we all home buyers going to get any justice from Sare Home is to form large group and take legal action togeather I myself have tried to get some answers with the help from legal firm the answer i got was all made up lies blaming me for one late payment when it was their account department fault for sending me someone else payment demand letter

                                  This sort of practice will not be tolerated in UK where i live or anywhere else in civilised world lets not allow this criminal practice to carry on, if any person or group would like to take this matter further please include me in my email [protected]@yahoo.co.uk

                                    We booked our first dream house at sare homes - dewy terrace omr project in the end of 2011. we have taken loan and paid amount on time. till now no progress in construction & no proper update on key handover too. it's been 5 years and due to this delay we struggle between paying rental for our current residence & paying emi for our loan. despite numerous mails and calls, we could notice only 75% completion and false promises on possession date from sare homes. i suggest everyone to not book flat from this project across any city in india. please buy your dream house with your hard earned money from valuable builders.

                                      We booked a property in gst at sare homes.its been one year but project has not started.please let me know when it will start. We have our loan also approved but every time we are getting fake promises from sare homes.

                                      We have invested in fdi funded company but things are not moving at all as per the commitment.

                                      Please respond to our query honestly else we need to take serious action
