Saravanan (Operations head) The project was launched by vip housing-chennai — The chennai operations are always providing 3 months time. They are unable to provide a trustable possession time. Cannot understand their plan! No promise on compensation. After a delay, they are planning to include gst in the upcoming bills. Delhi office: irressponsible, no communications — Is a resident or customer forum created? Did any approach to consumer forum? Paid Rs 40 lakhs against E type villa -phase II in Meadow villa, SP koil, opp GST, since 2012 & as on date, haven't got either the house or the money refund.
