Sare Homes — no progress on the sare meadowville township villas

I had booked a villa in sare meadowville township, singaperumal koil in 2014 and i have not seen any progress on it yet. They have not even started the construction and i had asked them to refund back the money paid as initial deposit. They keep giving some excuses and have not given back even a penny. Just wondering if there is anyone who is in the same situation or taken any action against it.
