March month may maine sony experia M5 ph.pur.kiya. Tisre mahinese hi phone ka touch screen problem chlu ho gaya..nasik service st.may dikhaya lekin repairing karne se mana kiya ki phone online pur.kiya hai aur model outof india ka hai isliye repair nahi kar sakte.phone sarf traiding chennai may send kiya koki bill per unka nam tha unhone repaire bhi kiya lekin phone abhi bar bar switch off ho raha hai. dubara sarf traiding bhej diya phone wapas aya lekin problem jo ki to hai.. I m a big fan of sony product i hv sony bravia 43 " and sony home theatre. .but today i m very upset about this phone. the phone is under warranty. i want to say to the sony service manager to pl replace my phone pl.

On 27-8-16, I bought samsung s6 via ebay.in from this ebay seller "Shabbeerhf1". The paisapay ID is [protected], the amount is Rs 35, 571/-. On 7-12-16, the mobile was completely dead all of sudden. I gave it to seller for servicing on 8-12-16. It's 26-12-16 and the seller is yet to see what's the actual problem is. When contacted he doesn't pick up my call nor answer my emails, everyday i have to personally visit him, just to hear that he will be contacting me soon, which he doesn't. In his shop not even a single time he spoke to me, i get to speak to his technicians only, who are rogues and are unethical in nature. When contacted to ebay.in on 19-12-16, they too are fading away, and their reply is also the same that they will contact me within 24 hrs, which they don't. Please take action against the above seller as well as ebay.in for doing fraudulent selling and cheating the customer. My preffered solution for this problem will be full refund of Rs 35, 571/- as i don't trust the seller as well as ebay.in, in this regard. Kindly do the needful. Thanks

We purchased a mobile phone moto g plus through ebey, we received mobile with defective charger. Item details and other details are as fallows:

Item name: offer:moto g4 plus 4th gen 32gb 3gb black with manufacturer warranty&vat bill. We have send defective charger as per seller mail. By speed post tracking id of speed post-eo[protected]in and tracking shows material received by vender. Now no response on phone provided in bill. Also we are not getting any warranty for this mobile at bhubhneswer service centers as per them ebey is not authorized to sell moto g plus. Now please tell me what to do.
Nighter we are getting warrenty nor replace ment. Please do the need full.

Near about 30 days [1mounth] ago i send my mobile which is having an hardeware problem in it.. Till now i did"nt get any response from your compony regarding my phone.. Still it is also not reached to me.. So kindly allow some atention on this problem... As when i am calling you for my problem your employs too are not responsing me problem and not contacting me.. So please have some attention to my problem

I have bought sony xperia cs ultra dual white mobile from e-bay.com with one year warranty. After 9-10 months my mobile stopped working so as per the warranty card i called the sarf trading customer care and they asked me to courier it to them and they will repair it and send it back to me. The courier has been delivered to them on 27th october 2016. To my surprise they said that the mobile was water locked which is not at all possible at my end. When asking for the proof about water locking they refused and rather said to visit their chennai office if i need proof. Still i haven't got any calls or emails that i'll be getting back my phone asap. If you guys don't return my phone within this week i'll be taking legal actions. Please do send me email or receive my call and confirm that i'll be getting it back within this week.
I must suggest that you guys need to improve your customer care service or else close it.

My name: rizwan sorathia i purchased sony xperia c4 dual black handset from ebay seller name :sarf trading, vepery, 20/43 evk sampath road, chennai on date 27th november 2015 through order number :[protected] now through 7 month no problem persist but from 8th month the display and touchpad of the handset not worked first time the seller take one month long time to replace the display and touchpad now within 20 days of service the display and touchpad problem occurs another time and this time they send my phone within 7 days, but i'm out of town for 5-6 days so, my brother received the courier but when i opened the box the display of mobile is broken i informed seller about that so, they replied me that your warranty is now chargeable basis so, i replied them that i will register case against you and you will have to pay my full payment refund, harresmment amount and legal battle amount also so, please help me about this case

I purchased lg g4 mobile from sarf trading through ebay 6 month back and it developed the problem of ghosts touch. I made complaint to serice center and they asked me to send the mobile through courier. Though it was having the hardare problem my mobile was repaired and sent back to me in less than a week time. Thanks for such prompt service.

I m piyush jain baza n i m having prblm in my phone which i bought 6 months but after reading the above complains. I think it is very risky to give it to the companyy.so plz company contact to me as soon as possible.i hav sony m4 aqua handset which loudspeaker is damaged. This is AnshuI I bought this item Samsung galaxy k zoom 8gb [protected] on 27june 2015 under paisapayid [protected] under Sarf trading 20/43 EVK sampath road, Vepry, Chennai 600007.The item is delivered to me on 3july 2015 at address 143, tularambagh, allahabad, uttar pradesh 211003.After using the phone 3 days on the lcd display there were several lines start showing(as in the pic) i called to Sarf trading regarding this they said courier the phone to my company address we will check.I send the phone to their address through bluedart courier AWB NO -[protected].After 2days they said they will replace the phone and will send to me.After several calls they send me a message on 23july 2015 that they are sending the phone by DTDC courier AWB NO[protected].When i track the courier the destination is showing MUZAFFARNAGAR instead if ALLAHABAD(my address).Now, they are not receiving the call and not replying the message.Please resolve this problem and give me replaced phone. Never buy any product from there. all the items are duplicate which work for 1 or 2 months then doesnt work. even on courier they send back the product after so much time and then also it is not rectified. really disappointed with the phone and the service. i want my handset to be replaced or i want my money back. this is highhly frustrating

Now my mobile battery is draining fast and sony care center says this model is out of india so we cant repair... So called SARF trading and also ebay but no response from both the side...

when ever I switch off my mobile the apps downloaded or installed are been erasing or deleting itself and also internal memory such as photos media etc... so please check the mobile and slove the problem in mobile having warranty for blackberry z10

This seller sells imported mobile phones online on www.ebay.in these phones have been smuggled and are not cleared by customs department at low prices and they cheat people by not giving custom tax and they run a grey online market on ebay. Please take appropriate action on them so that this grey market business stops.

I bought Sony Xperia L phone from online shpping portal ebay.in Date:[protected]. The item was shipped by seller SARF Trading-Chennai. This phone has a seller warranty support. I gifted this phone to my sister. After few months she started facing problem with the phone. She is not able to hear from phone speaker without attaching earphone to it. Also if we talk without attaching earphone, another party can't hear anything. That means its not able to make or receive calls without attaching earphone, which is weird ! When we approached Seller seller asked us to send the phone to their shop. But within 3 days they sent the phone back to my home address without resolving issue. When I wrote several emails to them, finally they again asked me to send the phone back to the shop. They promised over the phone that they will service the phone and also will reimburse courier cost. And now the the scene is that, they are not picking up my phone. They are not replying to emails or calls. My phone is with them, and they are not giving it back to me. Pls advise.

sir i bought motorola atrixmb860 it is 2.3 gingerbread version.I want to update it to latest version of mb860
when i goes to neraest motorola store they wont even touch the international product what can i Do?
