[Resolved] Sarf Trading — blackberry priv mobile not yet replaced even after sending it for the third time and keep harassing the buyer | |||||
I bought this mobile on 13th june and has been sent by me within a months time to sarf trading for power button issue. I had spoken to service centre associates and didn't open ebay claim as i bought 6 mobiles from them till date. I sent them the mobile to rectify the issue and your service centre send it to me with another issues in it so the day i received it i couriered it back to sarf trading and after so many calls and messages you send it back to me without rectifying the issue. Again i send it for the service centre and told very strictly to send me another piece as it is almost 1month and 24 days i am not using it and i don't know in future what will happen with the product serviced by you so i am demanding the replacement because it's all your fault not mine first speak and record my every call and messages and you will find how harresed i am because of you all. Nov 9, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Issue has been resolved by the seller after 3 months. Customer care has to take care of the customer more seriously. However i still recommend the seller as i was buying mobiles from sarf trading form last 5 years taking this case as exception. Sarf Trading customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
