[Resolved] Sarf Trading — Manufacturer warranty phone come used phone before my purchase date imei no.

I was buying brand new manufacture warranty HTC One me phone.but some defect I sand phone to seller with HTC crevice center DO certificate.after few day seller sand me phone.this phone imei no activated before 5 month of my purchase date.so seller sand me used phone.phone imei original activated jaypur.so how seller sand me this.check what happened in dark trading chennai

I buy HTC One me phone online from eBay.com.and seller is sarf trading.I was buy brand new manufacture warranty phone.new phone some problem instantly I was going HTC service center.he provide me DO certificate that phone not working condition.I sand back to seller.and after 5 days seller sand me phone without seal phone and he told me HTC service center give me this piece.but imei no was that piece was 7 August 2015.I was buying my phone 2 Jan 2016.so seller cheating me and that give me used phone from another person.it is known through HTC service center.so please take action against sarf trading and eBay.com.both are cheater.I want my money back.otherwise I want brand new phone.HTC seal pack
