Sarf Trading — No service no replacement, sarf trading cheating | |||
I have one-year hardware and sofware warranty for my mobile lg v10. I had handed over my phone to the service center within this period due to a software issue. It has been almost two months, i did not get any satisfying reply or a replacement of my product. According to their company policy, they should rectify the issue within 20 days, if fail to do so should give a replacement.in this case, clearly, they have failed in both. I have tried many times to contact the service representatives, but they do not even attend my calls or reply to my emails properly. I had informed the service center about raising a complaint, and i even visited the service center in chennai by myself which is almost 800kms away, but the result was negative. That is why i am raising this complaint. Sarf trading cheated me and cheating everyone. Please take necessary actions soon. Was this information helpful? | |||
