Sarvana Furniture — Not good Customer service and no original bill issues

Bought a furniture at Porur Saravana Stores (Furniture shop) ~10 days ago. They gave voucher and said original bill will be given by delivery or person assembling (dont exactly remember what they said).
Delivery person was asking address and at one point said he knows the address and I am confusing. If he already knows, why was he checking with me? He tells that side one temple is there, do you know etc and said I am confusing. This was rude behaviour to Customer.

Later, inspite of giving clear address and said first floor and lift is there, the delivery person didn't got the point that lift is there and arguing with me and promoter in shop that furniture is heavy, why didn't he charge for 1st floor.

Promoter in shop was not helpful at all. He gave false commitment that they will deliver and assemble on same day but did the assembling 3 days after lots of coordination. Problem was the furniture had glass and they kept it in the hall, With relatives around and furniture package taking more space, it was a headache for us. I was almost 3 hrs on call totally (did many calls to Super Saravana stores, stores manager, floor manager, promoter, assemble person etc). Evening they said they will come and do the assemble at 6-7 PM. But 7:30 PM they called and said can we come tomorrow? Since I explained about difficulties of managing space, they said we will definitely come and do it even if it will be 9 PM or so.

The way they were talking, I was 100% sure they will not come. As expected, Supervisor in shop said, assembling person started to my house (this he updated for my call around 9:45 PM) and his phone has no charge. I was waiting for him outside since this is big apartment with multiple flats only to know that he is not going to come till 10:50 PM.

Later next day morning someone came and did the assembling. Assembling was done 3 days after delivery. Along with these headaches, no one gave original bill. Went to shop and asked and they said delivery person would have given to me. But he didn't give. Also here, delivery person asked me to call him after 2-3 days so he will check in his vehicle and tell. As expected he said "I dont have the bill so I must have given to you".

I asked for duplicate bill and there is no response. 200% I will not go to Saravana stores again, even if it means paying extra, there will be peace of mind purchasing product outside so we can avoid this kind of Customer service.
