I have a complaint that ecomexpress delivered me the products bearing order no..#sp[protected], order date - 09/aug/2017, delivery date - 16/aug/2017 contains a bluetooth headset and 30000mh power bank, out of which power bank is dead not working even not switched on and i ordered power bank of philips but they sent me samsung power bank and that is also damaged. I have ordered mi powerbank 10400mah but instead of that i receive a local sony logo powerbank nd a fake ear phone so iwant to return it nd get my money back
Dear Sir,
I ordered a MI 10400 mAH power bank but when I opened the pack I found wrong product it was a duplicate copy of that product...hecne the free earphone is of no use. I would like to complain against this fake company and take their products back and refund my money... otherwise I will go to the court...
