I booked two business class flight Tickets for my wife and son through Sasti Ticket for 2nd April 2020 via Oman Air. Due to closure of all airports owing to COVID outbreak, they were unable to travel. Also Oman Air cancelled all flights during this period. My ticket charges were not refunded, hence, I sent an email to Sasti Ticket to their email ID [protected]@sastiticket.com, but have not received any response so far. I checked with Oman Air, and they confirmed that the PNR provided by Sasti Ticket was not a valid one. Request your assistance to seek refund of ticket cost from Sasti Ticket
