Sasti Ticket — refund against a cancelled flight | |||||
I had booked an Air India flight on 15th June from Mumbai to Chandigarh. But due to bad weather conditions it was diverted to Delhi. Due to inconvenience caused, Air India had passed the remarks of full refund to sasti ticket. But being such a fraud company they have not even initiated the process of refund or they have kept the refund amount from air india with themselves. But i have not received the refund till now, whenever i call them they disconnect the call and there is no grievance redressal mechanism set for this organisation at all. Kindly help me out in this solution. It has been over a month and they are not responding to my queries even now. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I booked air ticket by sasti ticket.com but due to korona virus i try to call sastiticket helpline for cancell ticket but not picked call then i direct cancell by airline as per airline policy due to korona virus 100% refund intiate but sasti ticket not picked call and no any reply on email for this regarding.
