I booked two business class flight Tickets for my wife and son through Sasti Ticket for 2nd April 2020 via Oman Air. Due to closure of all airports owing to COVID outbreak, they were unable to travel. Also Oman Air cancelled all flights during this period. I had booked an Air India flight on 15th June from Mumbai to Chandigarh. But due to bad weather conditions it was diverted to Delhi. Due to inconvenience caused, Air India had passed the remarks of full refund to sasti ticket.
