I, JUGESH, tried to book 4 air-ticket on 11 th Aug 22 from Leh to New Delhi via sastiticket.com website but after successful payment of Rs 14116, PNR was not generated and a mail recieved confirming that your amount will be processed within 7to 10 working days.
Further, for refund, I hv talked three times to customer care 16, 24 and 28 Aug 22 and mail on 16 th and 28 Aug 22 too but still amount is not credited to my account.It has been passed more than 20 days from the date .When PNR is not generated then merchants must not settled the amount and must initiate refund immediately after intimation if already claimed.
my payment reference number is PRL0BZ7B3XI for an amount of Rs 14116/ on 11Aug 22 .
Therefore I request you to direct him to refund the money as you were the only hope for me.
Speedy solution from your end is sought.
