I have booked four flight tickets from Hyderabad to New Delhi on 9th August 2022 through sastiticket.com. An amount of 20108 rupees were deducted from my citibank account but the tickets were not confirmed. I got a message "Your payment has been processed. However airline system was unable to generate the confirmation and your refund will be processed with in 7-10 working days". My refund is not processed even after one month.

I have called customer care toll free number multiple time but it was not connecting. Emailed to "cs sastiticket, [protected]@via.com". Got a reply once to process the refund but the refund is not processed yet. I am eagerly waiting for the refund as i am in need of my funds.

I, JUGESH, tried to book 4 air-ticket on 11 th Aug 22 from Leh to New Delhi via your website but after successful payment of Rs 14116 it was not generated PNR and a mail recieved saying same

Further, for refund, I called three times to customer care 16, 24, 28Aug 22 and mail to customer care of sastiticket .com on 16 th, 28th Aug 22 too but still amount is not credited to my account .Then they said provide your account details, I then provided it too but It has been passed more than 3 week from the date of deducted money, still I am waiting for my money .

Sir, When PNR is not generated then merchants must not settled the amount and must initiate refund immediately after intimation if already claimed.

My payment reference number is PRL0BZ7B3XI for an amount of Rs 14116/ on 11Aug 22 as no PNR was generated after successful payment.for this I hv call several times to customer care and mails too .

Therefore I request you to direct him to refund the money as you are the only hope for me.my email address is dwivediajay.[protected]@gmail.com. I am attaching screenshot of the successful payment.

To the readers and sastiticket i had booked a ticket from Hyderabad to Delhi of which i had the ticket and when asked for refund the told me to email from registered account which transaction screenshot and bank details so its been 20 days they have still not initiated my refund and now they are not even answering my calls so when i searched over google about sastiticket it says India’s new emerging company but i dont think you are because the company where there is no customer satisfaction will not go beyond so i suggest peopleand my readers to go for other online company for booking a ticket rather than sastiticket

I have booked tickets for VIZAG TO HYDERABAD OF 4 TICKETS AND CERTAINLY flight cancelled due to some issues . AGENT sasti ticket who has booked our tickets has returned money by debiting maintenance fee of 2200 for 17100 charge .
SASTITICKET BANGALORE
i am not satisfied for fee charged where we have done nothing in that trasaction
And also I have asked for explanation they have simply replied it is levy and mandatory

I had booked for Goa flights and payment deducted and still did not get PNR or refund from the company, no response on calls pr. Emails..

Completely bad service and seems fake Company..

Hopefully people beware from. Such companies.

I was trying to book a ticket for 16th Aug Mumbai to Varansi, Go First Flight of 10:30AM.
I tried to book the ticket two times and payment was debited both the times but didn't get ticket and I haven't received refund of my payment for your reference attached screenshots of booking and payment details.

Hi Team,

I have cancelled my 19 sep Mumbai to Srinagar flight through spicejet airline. They are processing full refund for cancellations.PNR for booking: QY4HMC
The flight time reschedule by spicejet so I have cancelled it. I tried calling sastiticket customer care no but no one responding. Also there email address is also showing mail failed due to invalid email address.
Please refund my amount as airlines providing full refund.

My flight scheduled on 7-May and 10-May ( HYD-AHD-HYD) did not operate during pandemic / locked down.
No refund by SastiTicket.
No response on email .. Toll Free not functional.
No response to query form submitted for refund

I have booked my ticket from Delhi to Mumbai and Mumbai to Delhi. My flight was tomorrow and I was not aware that I need to travel with RT PCR. So I cancelled my ticket. When I checked it 10times on the website it showing 2305/- rupees deducted but not a single buck return to my account.
They are bloody scammer. They just deduct money, no confirm booking ticket nor refund processes.

I tried booking ticket from sastiticket.com. My money got deducted but ticket was not booked. Every time the same thing happens.

I had my flight booked for 9th July 2021from Pune(PNQ) to Kolkata(CCU) with Spicejet(PNR Y5CT5B and Sastiticket ID PRL0BT3FQNH). Spicejet has confirmed that they have refunded the whole amount to travel agency i.e. Sastiticket.com. It has been almost a week that I'm continuously following up with the customer care executive from Sastiticket.com and she is not yet providing me the refund status and is saying that they are working on it. I guess doing the refund will take only a few minutes, but they are doing such delay!

I booked a GoAir flight through Sastiticket.
GoAir cancelled the flight due to operational reasons and refunded the ticket amt to Sastiticket.

Sastiticket has not shared any confirmation or timeline for refund to me.
All their mails to them are unanswered and no one answers their helpline number on their website.

I had booked my flight through Sastiticket but my PNR got cancelled by airline. The Airline has cancelled my ticket due to operational reasons. The Airline confirmed refund of airline ticket to Sasti ticket.

I booked my flight from mumbai to delhi, I tried from skyscanner but automatically page will be redirected to sastiticket.com. Now due to covid guidelines, Every city have night curfew so all functions has been postponed so that's why i want to cancel or change the date. Since day before yesterday i.e11th April i am trying to contact, They are saying mark mail to us, then will check with the SpiceJet team or call to directly airlines, I did the same but they people are saying we cant give the details, They gave me one person no [protected] Rajat, He is very unprofessional and rude, He gave me one another no [protected], I am trying to call but person is disconnecting the call, I tried almost 5-6 times even from different no also. Please help dis is a govt guidelines.

As per air India all tickets refunded but it is processed by your travel agency.
Sastiticket.com wale kisi bhi phone का jabab nahi de rehe hai.

I had booked tickets on sastiticket.com on February 14, 2021 (reference number PRL0BQ0L77K).

After the ticket was booked and payment was made, got message stating that the ticket are pending issuance from airline and hence the money shall be refunded. However to date the money is yet to be refunded and there is no response from their customer service team on the follow up mails i have sent.

I have searched for the ticket via skyscanner and they directed me to sastiticket i come for the payment

I booked my family multi city flight tickets booking in air India by sastiticket.com, But due to Covit 19 all schedule flights made canceled. I tried a lot by mail and phone with air India and sastiticket.com. I got answer from air India that booking agencies has to refund but sasti ticket office is not responding till now for refund my money.

I made a booking (PRL0B518AOG) with Sastiticket.com on 9th March 2020 for travel from Pune to New Delhi on 16th April 2020.

During the lockdown, this flight was cancelled. On 28th November 2020, Go Air refunded the full amount to Sastiticket.com (without customer intimation/consent refund was requested by sastiticket.com and kept to themselves).
Last week I came to know via airlines to whom i contacted for refund and I was told/emailed that a refund was already issued to Sastiticket.com but nothing has been forwarded to me. This is a pure case of cheating.

Upon calling several times to the Customer Care (to which no one responded), submitting complain on the company website(no reply), tweeting on their official handle nothing has been done so far. I have failed to get even a single response from them (not even acknowledgement)
Request you to look into this matter.

My flight dated March 25th, BOM-UDR booked through Sastiticket.com, airline: Vistara had been canceled due to COVID-19. My booking PNR is NHIQNQ. 3 PAX.
Query reference code: 6563122.

The booking was made on February 5th, 2020. A full refund has been made to Sastiticket on March 16 as per my correspondence with Vistara. However, it has been more than 3 months and Sastiticket has still not refunded my money even after agreeing to pay high cancellation agency fees.
Moreover, they have ghosted my emails and do not answer calls! This is unacceptable. This is the least consumer service I am entitled to!

Please be considerate and refund the amount asap! Thank you.

I cancelled my indigo flight 6e 2376, delhi to bengaluru, journey date 22/12/19, pnr number qw2rkx and booking reference prl0adxtupj. Cancellation date 20/12/19.
I'm yet to get my refund of remaining amount.
I got my cancellation done through the indigo airlines helpline and i was told that amount has been refunded to sastiticket deducting cancellation fee.
Please expedite the refund process

I looked for a fare on Skyscanner for Mumbai Goa return. I selected an itinerary and they directed me to sastiticket.com for payment and ticketing. After making the payment sastiticket.com booked only the Mumbai Goa sector, the return was not booked as the fare increased (according to their mail) and they refunded the fare for that portion. The issue I have is they charge convenience fee of ₹400 on return fares and ₹200 on one ways. So the refund should include the convenience fee at least of ₹200 but no, they refuse to return it.
They have caused an inconvenience and as a good responsible company should return the full convenience fee. But their response is convenience fee is not refundable. This is such an unfair business practice and actually a theft and unethical act.
