I was purchased the Carrier AC on Dec' 2015 at Kolathur Branch, but still it never works also I logged the Complaint against this issue for multiple times, but no action has been taken care yet now. So kindly repay my money that will be appreciated.
Brief:
Day 1 - While installation there is no Power Cable & Copper Wire in inside the kit, so I purchased the same in nearest electric Shop and then it has been installed.
1st Week - I logged a Complaint in Kolathur Sathya, that there is having Water Leakage, so some technician Came and resolved
3rd Week - I logged a Complaint in Kolathur Sathya, that my Machine not get Cool, so some technician Came and resolved
1st Month - I logged a Complaint in Kolathur Sathya, that my Machine was automatically Shut Down with some unknown error, so some of technician has told there is having Gas Leakage issue and it was been resolved
2nd Month - I Logged the Complaint in Customer Care & Sathya Kolathur, that again my Machine was getting Shut Down automatically, So Some technician came and take my Machine to their office and they kept for 3 days. After they installed it works for 1 Hours only
So again I logged the Complaint on the same day, some technician visited my place and he as us to change the Mother Board & Motor in the Indoor Unit as both parts has got damaged.
But after that I requested for encash my money or the units has to be replace. That discussion has been held with below peoples

But still my problem was not resolved.
So kindly look into this issue and make my money back immediately.
