I bought a whirlpool fridge, sathya showroom sales man said like "we offer fridge stand and no stabilizer for this product" but the whirlpool technician told like "you must use stabilizer for this model and fridge stand wont come along with the fridge". they using false marketing words...! worst marketing...! ###...!     I have purchased the above product on 6/3/2021 & the same got repaired within a month. Further to this, I have raised a complaint through your customer support & called several times to your store at villivakkam, Chennai (600049) where I have purchased the product, none of your team is least bothered to sort the issue. Really, it is the worst services from your end to a customer who is regular to your store for purchasing other products as well .

    I am writing this to let you know the other things which is around your store rather than business generation. Kindly, do value the customer point & try to sort the issue by following up some proper TAT else round the corner other competitors would grow up if your services are not satisfactory

                      The Air Conditioner I ordered on 14 April 2021 in Karaikudi Satya has not received my order till date. So I canceled the booking. They say the order has changed if asked. Very very bad service. Worst Service.

                      So at Vasant and Co I bought the AC. Their service was fantastic. Thanks to Vasant and Co.

                          I have purchased a blue star 1.5 ton AC on last week in sivagangai branch .AC got delivered by 2 days delay, even for the delay I didn't get any proper updates in prior .Tuesday delivered but still there is no response for the installation process .I was very upset with the delay and not getting proper intimation on any thing over my purchase.i don't think 44 k rs order will be easy & simple thing to a big professional company like Sathya. There is lot of other local dealers are available but I have trust on Sathya that's why I have ordered through even by mobile .everything went out wrong and feeling very depressed over your service .please give some basic respect to the customer money and time .

They have said that they will give a complimentary Gift to us .It's been 6 Months, till now they are not providing the gift.                                 They said they would deliver on 7/4/2021.
                                But to date they have not delivered the product.

                                  Hello, I had ordered an inverter AC from Sathya on Monday( 5th April). Sales man (Senthil) had promised that AC will be delivered latest by 7th and installation to happen next day( 8th). When I approached installation team today, I am being told that installation will happen only on Saturday (10th) April. This is totally disappointing because sathya sales men have lied about timeliness. I am feeling like cheated. I hope someone will look into my complaint and take action. This was my first purchase from Sathya and am not feeling happy about it. Will not recommend sathya to my friends and family if it's not addressed on time

                                        Dear Agency,

                                        I have purchased Carrier AC on Saturday 3rd April 2021 from Trichy, Karur Bypass Road. They have committed that they will deliver it by sunday. But until now they have not delivered more over when we have tried reaching the branch office. We have got a reply it will be delayed 1 more day. They have also communicated if you can't wait kindly come and collect your money.

                                        My humble request to the management. If the branch doesn't have a product better let them not show the demo. Let the sales executives not give a false commitment. Either resolve this. If not kindly return the money so that we will be happy of it.
