I have ordered an product in villivakkam Sathya showroom a week before but till now I have not received the product and no response till now from your side I was keep on calling the showroom but till now I have not received the product...

I am Sreevidya C R, working as manager in Canara bank madurai.I purchased an Air conditioner in 100 feet road coimbatore.Since I am in madurai, I have transferred amount of RS.37500 on 11.11.2020 for purchase of Voltas AC 1.5 ton .I requested them to install on the same day to my residence Karamadai, mettupalay a ma, but the manager refused and informed me that today 12.11.2020 it will be installed.

I had purchase haier fridge in perambalur sathya agencies on 31.12.2016. Fridge compreser not working properly. I gave complaint in branch before 30 days. Yet to no one technicians come to home. I call to trichy haier customer care also 3 to 4 times. But no answer from there. Perambalur office also not good. Customer satisfaction not good. I thought why i purchased the fridge in perambalur sathya agencies....
