Hi sir/madam,
I bought butterfly stove from your reputed firm this year january. Now stove has problem. Glass on the stove are broken. We made complaint directly to the tenkasi office. They informed to butterfly company. Representative from butterfly he saw the things and issue a replacement order. After that i had a phone conversation with sathya tenkasi. They told me reg this issue we sent the mail to ho. I waited one week but still i didn't get proper response from sathya tenkasi. Now they told me we need a sticker from butterfly on the stove. Am totally unhappy in this issue. Since i bought all my home appliances from sathya tenkasi. And also i referred my friends also to sathya. With this incident am totally unhappy.
