Sathya Agencies — Daikin AC defective

The product itself turned out to be defective, and despite informing them immediately, there has been zero accountability and no proper response from the Sathya showroom.

What’s even more frustrating is the installation delay — it has been over 15 days, and still no action has been taken. We’ve been calling them continuously, but there is complete negligence and no sense of responsibility from their side.

This level of service is unacceptable. If this is how customers are treated after purchase, I would strongly advise others to avoid this showroom altogether.
