I bought a Daikin A/C in satya agency erode. They sold the product indicating that A/C wills be installed in 48 hours but I had to follow up with call every day 3 to 4 times and finally got it installed after 21 days with lot of struggles. The technician did not attend the call and I had to talk to his head and he is also not responsive. Worst service and experience.

After installation, water started leaking from the A/C. No response from them at all. So I hired a third party technician to fix the issue.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING WITH SATYA AGENCY. Worst store that I ever know of.

      We bought LG AC from Sathya agency Hosur(Krishnagiri bypass) on 7th April, 8th April they delivered they send a technician next day to fix the person who come left abruptly without fixing ac and he is demanding for 10 feet ladder...we asked in shop the price of 10 feet ladder is 7500 and it's for commercial use...how a house which have 11 feet ceiling will have 10 feet ladder moreover the technician were need to move out whether he complete or not... regarding that we went to Sathya agency staffs who gave such useless reply tomorrow he will come...ho many tomorrow he will come answer will be heard from them...4 days over when we bought a product they said we will fix it within 48 hours now this agency is not keeping it's promise... totally lost faith in this agency now they're demanding to return the product if you can't wait.. their reply seem to be like this... Kindly check your employee and sort out this issues..
      The person who represent to sell the product is Syed Hussain...but few head from that shop really giving lethargic reply... We really lost faith now we want refund they pushed us to this level kindly resolve this issue or refund to our product...do the needful as soon as possible.

        Myself Sathuratheen oli, I purchased Hisense TV in Sathya Agencies Puliangudi Branch in September-2023.
        2 months only TV was working properly from November-2023 there are lot of complaints in the Television.
        i register my complaint in the Puliangudi Sathya branch from December-2023 till to date...!!! Till now the TV not replaced.

        NO PROPER ACTION TAKEN
        NO PROPER RESPONSE
        THEY ARE IRRESPONSIBLE

        i totally fed up... i am totally disappointed with this guys. I am done with SATHYA.

            I have bought LG wireless air buds product on 27th nov 2023 . However, I have not received or been delivered the LG wireless air buds product that I purchased on November 27th, 2023, from the Kolathur showroom. Additionally, the showroom people have not provided a proper response. I have escalated the issue to the high priority people in the showroom and Head office of Sathya Agencies.

              Myself bought a 65 inch haier tv from sathya agencies kovilpatti branch at 2021, from july 2023 tv display seems to be not working, so i made a oral complaint registration at sathya agencies kovilpatti branch, they send a person as authorised service naming AR ELECTRONICS, the took my tv and request 5000 as advance amount for spare replacement after 2 days, myself send 5000 to that person through UPI, i made payment on 16 sep 2023, after 3 monts at mid dec he just returned tv at home and promised to give advance amount 5000 within 2 days, till now i couldnt get my amount and couldn't rectify my display too...

                        Hi,

                        This is priya.
                        I bought hitachi ac from sathya showroom in chennai madipakkam branch 7 months back (May month). After few months, AC is not working . We called hitachi technicians several times & after 7 attempts from technicians, we got to know that product is clearly faulty and doesn’t gonna work. We too informed sathya beforehand about the product’s condition and they promised us to take necessary actions by replacing the product one more time after hitachi technician comes to service. After that, the technician came and confirms that product will not work and he took picture saying he will report this to hitachi manager. But after that, it’s been 2 weeks, i didn’t get any response from both hitachi service and sathya. I tried to reach out to sathya, but all the time my call wasn’t picked by them and they are unreachable. So, i went straight to the sathya showroom madipakkam. Really, one of the staff ( unknown of his name), didn’t addressed us well. When we were seriously listing out our concerns, that guy doesn’t have any patience, unapologetic and disrespected my mother by showing such rude attitude we couldn’t stand off. I just wrote my contact details on the book they gave. He then received that book from me & slapped that book on table rudely and gave my mother unwanted rude words which is unbearable and disrespectful. My mother is deeply hurt and so upset by his behaviour. Such a rude attitude is not acceptable to be shown on any woman. Please take necessary action on him or a minimal apology from that guy is expected. We are unaware of that guy’s name. But you can check on their showroom’s cctv camera or check with showroom’s other staff whose name is ‘deva’, he is well aware of that guy who misbehaved with my mother. This incident happened on yesterday 3rd jan’2024 around 8:30 PM.

                            This is Manikandan Branch manager HDFC Bank.

                            I am native of Karaikal and recently purchased TCL TV on 22.10.2023 in our SATHIYA Store Karaikal.
                            At the time of purchase Mr. Mohammad Shameer is the sales person arranged for installation

                            But No body visited my home for installation
                            . Since last 15 days my TV get FAULT a, while raised a complaint through phone call to sathiya showroom, Karaikal followed by your CRM channel.

                            After 8 days one person visited my home and checked my TV and informed my parents some internal issues in TV and he assured to resolve . But today 30.11.23. Show Room person and TCL person called TV has broken and Need to Pay resolve. And they shared one video and decided by TCL service person TV became broken. How they decided.?

                            How can I pay money within a month TV FAULTED due to picture Tube problem and simply said broken sales person can't help you. Poor service facing. Karaikal Branch . Branch manager also not help me.

                            Nobody helped and not shared senior officials
                            Number, e-mail I'd. It's not a healthy relationship between consumer and your company. My nearer person also facing same problem this show room. Mr. Shameer simply saying and ready to facing consequences. Since 2010 i am customer of your organisation and working various locations

                            I truly assured We have not committed any negligence regarding this.

                                  I have purchase LG77 OLED C2 Model. I given for advance payment Rs. 40000 (UPI TRANSACTION id:[protected] on 27/10/2023 for Account Transfer for City union bank Tuticorin.
                                  I ordered TV Tiruvarur Branch Manager Mr. RAMU. Nov 07th till I am not receive LG 77 OLED TV after i cancel my order till i am not receive advance payment i asked many more days and many more time TVR BRANCH Manager Mr. RAMU speaking very very worst and no response pls give me advance payment at the soon.
