I am writing to raise a complaint regarding the delay in the delivery and installation of the television I purchased from your store.
We booked a Samsung QLED 65-inch TV (Model No: 64Q7FA) at Sathya Agencies, Palani Road, Dindigul on 13/10/2025. We made an advance payment of ₹10, 000 (Receipt No: 25028500RC006219) and the remaining ₹60, 000 was sanctioned through Bajaj Finance.
At the time of purchase, the sales executives Mr. Antony and Mr. Nithish Kumar assured us that the TV would be delivered and installed on 14/10/2025. However, today being 22/10/2025, the installation has still not been completed. Despite several follow-ups with the salesmen and the store manager, we are repeatedly informed that there are transportation issues, and the date keeps getting postponed.
We deeply regret this delay as it has caused considerable inconvenience to our family. We had trusted Sathya Agencies for its reputed service, but this experience has been disappointing.
We kindly request you to take immediate action to ensure the delivery and installation of our TV at the earliest. We hope this issue will be resolved promptly without further delay.
