Sathya Agencies — Delivery charge already paid but driver took money

I ordered an AC in Sathya Agenices Vadapalani showroom on 27/09/2026. Paid full amount including the delivery charge of Rs.300/-. It was promised that the AC shall be delivered the next day but it was delivered today while we were at office. Only my aged parents were at home. The driver charged Rs.300/- from them as cash for delivery inspite o[censored]s paying the same on 27/09/2026. I took the matter to the showroom incharge Reshma who promised to address the issue but she refuses to pick my call and not take any steps for the refund. I want refund of Rs.300/- which was charged extra by the delivery person.
