Sathya Agencies — Discrepancy in Ac serial no and sathya bill serial no | |||
Sir, /madam, I purchased panasonic Ac on 09/03/2021 from Sathya Agencies Kolathur. I got Ac delivered & it is working fine. When I tried to register AC warranty on Mirale App, it didn't work Then i noticed that the serial no on the AC differs from serial no. provided on the bill. I was concerned and contacted panasonic customer care. They said, discrepancy in serial no. will not be considered for warranty and i immediately connected customer care call with sathya staff Mr. Sathosh on conference. The problem was explained to Mr. Santhosh by panasonic customer care service.Mr.Sathosh discussed with sathya Sathya and promised orally that they will replace the bill with actual serial number on Ac. A week passed but i wasn't called from showroom.so i went directly to showroom and requested for same-change of secial no. so that I could claim warranty. Manager and staff mr.mohammad, both promised that they will send the bill in 3 days, but again a week passed and the problem still exists. After paying full amount, i am still unable to register warranty of AC.How long is this going to continue? I have attached conversation audio file, sathya bill, AC number and screenshot of proof that I forwarded my complaint to sathya staff Mr. Santhosh & Mr. Mohammad parveen on whatsapp and it was received by them but still the problem persists for about 20 days since i purchased. kindly help +1 videos Was this information helpful? | |||
