I purchased a 55 inches ELGI TV from Sathya agencies located in coonoor on 04/11/2021. The wall mount TV stand provided with the TV is suitable for for erecting the TV in my house, I approached your showroom and informed about the same and had asked for different model wall mount stand(the type of stand that suits for erection was shown to them, They had promised me that they will look into the matter and inform me at the earliest, Till date I have not received any communication from your showroom in this regard.
