Sathya Agencies — Faulty LG TV delivered by Sathya Stores Kolathoor

we purchased an LG LED TV on 12th Dec 2022, at Sathya stores at following location

The TV was delivered faulty with black spots seen at bottom of TV screen, this was reported on the same day itself and the stores agreed to change the TV, its been 3 months and still they have not replaced the TV, . on repeated follow up with them, we are promised that TV will be delivered today, tomorrow but nothing happens, we are being given false information and this is very poor customer service for such an organisation,
please help to have this resolved,
