i bought an sony 55inch oled tv from sathya agencies kallakurichi on 21/07/2021
i strongly believed that sathya had sold me an defective, display product to me .
Since within 10days of product installation i had faced same on, off problem
the product switches on and off like an magic
the service centre couldn't recognize the problem properly.
I need an replacement of the product.
Sathya only sold me the product and has responsibility to support the customer.
I want to ask one thing, does sathya had only sathya employees in your showroom or respective brand promoters in your showroom.
When we bought tv the respective salesman is sathya employee, when an issue came he is not sathya employee and he is an sony promoter like that saying in showroom.
One thing is that if its like that so, sathya agencies is having full responsibility to inform the customer that sales is not from sathya, its from sony promoter
i[censored] have any issue sathya won't recognize that issue, u have to deal with that sony promoter like that na.
Why sathya agencies failed to ssy that to customer .
My question is that if sathya agencies is not responsible for the sale when an issue comes and hides behind the brand promoter.
Then why sathya agencies is providing an bill in the name of sathya agencies,
u can provide bill in the name of sony itself na.
We trusted sathya agencies and we are buying the product repeatedly from sathya
we nearly bought five lakh worth products from sathya at an time.
We never complained of that na.
When we complained of an particular product and that too an premium product, sathya is not addressing the issue.
This how u treat an repeated customer.
Pls do check our

I need an replacement of the product.
Otherwise we had no other option if our issue is not sorted out, we are going to file an consumer complaint case.
Actually after this issue we are thinking of not to get any product from sathya agencies hereafter.
Actually we need 2 buy 2 more products now.
So sathya agencies has to say we have to buy hereafter from sathya or not
i kindly request sathya to look into this issue and resolve to our customer satisfaction.
I hope sathya agencies will make their customer happy and retain their customers.
We need to talk to an higher official in sathya agencies regarding this issue

We wanted an replacement of the same product, but unfortunately the same product couldn't available, due to that they offered us current model, but the current model offered price is too high when compared outside.
So we opted for refund of the product
And the refund is successfully credited to our account.
We thank to the sathya agencies and crm Francis sir and team for resolving the issues to our satisfaction.
