Recently I have paid for a purchase of Blue Star 5 star rated Inverter AC as well as Everest Inverter from your Sathya showroom at Guduvancherry. But still, I have not received the product so far even after several phone calls given to store people. I was really fed up with the transaction as well as ashamed too. I’m your regular customer for 5 years. really, I’m depressed with the transaction so please refund my money back within a week. I have enclosed a copy of my receipt

This is my last purchase to Sathya. Thanks for the experience you have given ….

    I bought a Bluestar ac in Sathya i recently came to know from a service person that the Ac has aluminium coil and not copper coil, I have not told about this while purchasing, I think it was a cheat.

But I regret to bring to your attention that the above said problem was not attended till now. Hope you will look into this and get it solved by replacing a new product.

        We booked LG 43um 7790 on 22nd October. Price billed 50000, they claimed the best price in tamilnadu.

        We trusted them and made payment.

        When compared the price, we doing Amazon and Croma offer the same model for 45000.

        We went back to store and when asked about price difference, they claimed 3 year warranty and hence the price.

        The behaviour was very rude, response was arrogant and absolute lack of respect .

        This is not the way to respond and they need to either reduce the price matching Croma or refund the money.

          The air cooler brought in may 2021 worked only for 5 days..the pcb got replaced and it worked only for another 5 days..still daily following up..now they are telling they will replace it..but again followupp..is this a shop for fraudulent items..worst customer experience..

            I bought a brand new whirlpool refrigerator from Sathya electronics Olin oct 2019..in 6 months time there was cooling issue i complaint and service ppl came and said gas was empty and they refilled the gas.again in one year now I’m facing same issue and the service provider and agencies saying I need to pay for refilling the gas..it was whole defected product and now I need to do the service from my own pocket as warranty is over. There is no proper response from both the sides. I spent 28k for fridge and have to spent 1500 bugs every year for service which the fridge shud work for decades without any trouble..I need to file a compliant on both the parties

              I was procured last week haier water heater from urappakkam sathya agencies. while discussing with sales man Mr.Rajasekar not explaining the product specification clearly. after install the water heater we have identified some issues from regular water heater, then he explain it was instant water heater design.
              Haier technician should explain to customer all the product specification, formally should not sale product intentionally.
              i'm not satisfied their service and product.
              I'm requesting to M/s. sathya agencies to replace with higher capacity water heater 10L they were refused.

                Hi,

                I have purchased haier washing on Jun month in Sathya Kanchipuram showroom.

                They have provided defective washing machine to us. It is giving too many noise and different sound with chain broken sound. Washing machine giving problem in one week. We have requested multiple time to replace the washing machine but Sathya Kanchipuram showroom executives not taking our words not at all good service. They are sending peoples to change the parts inside the washing machine but still our issue not yet resolved. Now it beens around 4 month. Their service is very worst we have paid full money to that washing machine but they have provided defective product still they are not replacing the product.

                In the showroom, the persons are very rude after selling the product to the customer.

                So that I have complaining here. Please resolve our issue as soon as possible. Kindly replace the product.

                  I purchased led 43" tv make Haier dated on 20/01/2018 in Sathya show room in vilathikulam branch. After warranty period tv had some problems.sothat I contact Sathya show room MR arun manager has send Haier person he was collected rs 1000 and took it. After serving hold your show room few months when I have busy some work. August 2021 we asked Sathya show room from last month to tilldate where they have put it my TV. Your Manager told Haier service center closed he went away to Chennai. Please you should find my TV handover with same problem as soon as possible Please take necessary action immediately.

                    Show room manger mr.yuvaraj and executives way of behaviour was very worst ...that too with ladies there way of harsh behavior was really rude and manaseless ... irresponsible activities

                      We have purchased a Daikin 1.5 ton inverter AC(JTKJ50TV16U) in Sathya agencies tuticorin on 5/10/2021 with full payment.The product delivered was defective after installation and they agreed to take it back and replace it with a new one.But now they come up saying that they don't have a stock of that particular model and force us to choose another model.This is too irritating and we are not ready to do that.Please address this concern as quick as possible and provide us the model we opted, if you are not able to do so please return us back our money.we are not happy with kind of approach from such a highly esteemed agency.

                        I've ordered for a Epson L3150 printer before couple of days through Sathya online portal and I paid entire amount through credit card. After couple of days a lady from store called and asked me to cancel my order as they have no stock of that particular product. As they could not cancel from their side which make a issue for them and they have to answer. So they are asking customer to cancel the order. What a cheap service it is. If you don't have such product then why do you display it in your portal.

                          We purchased 43 inch LED tv from Sathya Agencies Virudhunagar, Its not working for more than 1 month, Our full family went to sathya agency and we told the issue. There is no response from Sathya agency, virudhunagar and even from Sathya agency Headoffice as well

                          Now tv is not in use condition. we dont have any other option so am complaining here.

                          Please check this on high priority as the TV is still under warranty.

                          Dont buy any products from Sathya agency, this is my humble request to every one

                            1. Today my first experience with sathya agencies to buy Vivo V20SE mobile.. Firstly I communicated with show room staff and asking avalilability of the same mobile during the communication the staff told yes we have this model and price approx Rs.17500/- .

                            2. I went to the Vellore show room near Katpadi from my home town to Vellore approx 40kms Up and down approx 80kms. I asked to buy vivo v20SE and they replied yes we have this model so you start payment process.

                            3. At the time I am told I want to buy this through bajaj finance on instalment basis and they started EMI process they completed all the process at the end they told we didn't have this model in stock for this I gave my complete bank details for monthly EMI and they processed with my bank but finally they told we didn't have stock and we try to give on Tuesday 01.09.2021.

                            4. Finally I told if you don't have this model vivo v20SE so kindly cancelled payment process with bajaj finance and they told yes we cancelled your application vide No. B[protected].

                            5. It is very poor from sathya agencies vellore if they don't have the stock of mobile first of all while I communicate with staff at the time they want say no. It is not a good manners that you gave words to someone and finally say sorry sir what is this...

                            6. Keeping in view of the above please update my application is cancelled or not please confirm it.

                            7. Finally I want to say don't gave any assurance to any one without confirmation.

                              I bought an LG double door REFRIGERATOR on 07.04.2021 at Sathya Agencies (P) Ltd. in Theni. From the day of purchase the bridge often hears terrifying noises. I could not complain about this as I work abroad. Only my wife and children are at home. When I contacted LG customer care on 07.08.2021 regarding the LG double door REFRIGERATOR bridge problem, they said that a technician will visit your home and fix it. Like I said the technician came and went saying that we will fix the software and compressor in your REFRIGERATOR and it will be ok three days later. Also, (28.08.2021) I contacted Sathya Agencies' customer care and took my position. But they said they would respond as soon as possible. I am not satisfied with REFRIGERATOR. If there is such a problem within 5 months of buying the bridge then it is heartbreaking to see what kind of problem will come in the coming days. Therefore, I humbly request you to replace my LG double door bridge and give me the same model new LG double door REFRIGERATOR.

                                I have purchased in medavakkam branch on 4/10/2020. No proper AC installation. it has a small hole in that wall. rat comes by the hole and also bites inner part of AC components. so water leaks into the home and comes fungus smell (musty smell). My first complaint raised on 15/08/2021. My product still have a warranty but you doesn't give proper response and remedy.
                                So kindly change the outlet water tray, AC service and proper installation.

                                till now they doesn't give first service. and also they sent service engineer today (27.08.2021) but no use. they expecting money for change the damaged part. they said unable to claim warrenty for this.

                                  I bought HAIER AC in sathya showroom tambaram on august 5th 2021 due to the recommendation of sathya executive. Within 20days the motor was not working. And AC giving more trouble. And when we asked for the replacement the executive of sathya is not giving proper guidance.

                                      We have purchased some goods from Mayiladuthurai showroom on 15th August 2021 worth around one lakh fifteen thousand in the name of Gowtham Ram, and told to deliver the goods at cuddalore on 20th August . we are waiting in cuddalore today(20august ) for about 10hrs till the goods were not received and not getting proper response from showroom . Kindly do process quickly or else cancel the goods and make refund

                                        Giving fake commitment

                                        I bought an AC during June 2021 and i was told they will be issuing voucher of 2000 rs against vaccination promotion. I got the online redemption code after few days, however it was given in way, by setting the expiry date as same date.

                                        I have been chasing customer for 10 days with no luck.

                                        This was the first product i bought in sathya and i regret choosing sathya.

                                        It was bought in Neyveli branch...
